Description of Work: Hired to edge mulch beds and place new mulch. The workers dug out an edge two inches deep as requested but the large piles of dirt from the edging were not hauled away or dumped in the woods behind my house - they actually dumped the dirt piles under my trees and in the center of my irises!!! Just last week, I found the dirt piles growing grass sprouts in my mulch beds - from mounds of dirt that were cut away during the edging process and covered up with the thin layer of mulch that has now settled. I am finding dried up old dirt under every tree and to clean it up, it takes longer than if I had done the job myself. It looks absolutely awful!! I called the owner Craig; he came out and my neighbors saw him looking under the trees. They never cleanbed up any of the dirt. The quality of mulch was also very poor. I specifically told him about another company who used poor-quality mulch that had blue plastic chips inside the mulch. I asked that he NOT use that type of mulch. If you can believe it, he actually used mulch with the same blue plastic chips!!
