+ -1 moreI chose Certified Computer based on location and previous client word of mouth. Friends of mine have used her for years so when something went wrong with our computer, they quickly gave me the business card. The business is located in Roscoe, just ten minute drive from my house, which is alot closer than running to Rockford. Dawn is amazing. She was very informative and explained to me how to prevent this from happening again. She installed free virus protection software, eliminating my need for a paid subscription to Norton. She also gave me malware software to help keep junk off my computer. Her turnaround time was pretty quick and my computer runs very fast now! In talking to her, I found out she has been in this business for over 30 years, so she without a doubt knows her stuff. I'm impressed! Will definitely use again, but hopefully I don't have to any time soon.
Description of Work: Nasty virus removal on my home desktop computer. Also did a cleanup of all cookies and stored data that was cluttering up my system.
