 + -1 moreterrible service, unprofessional, doesn't accept responsibility, and I'm sorry for saying this, but the body odor was horrendous
Description of Work: Ordered the wrong part and installed it anyways. Broke a piece inside and won't answer my calls to replace it. Had no idea what was wrong with the refrigerator and didn't replace other parts he ordered. Called service contract and they sent out a new repair service. Within 10 minutes they had the issue figured out and parts ordered. I would definitely not recommend Prestige Appliance Repair to anyone.

 + -1 moreHe did all the wiring for the addition in my house. There's not a grade high enough for him. He's definitely an A. We've used him several times and will continue to use them.

 + -1 moreMy experience with them did not go so well. They came out to check the appliance that we needed repaired. They said they were going to order the parts and that was over a month ago and I have not heard back from them. I've been calling them for a week now trying to get some information about when they are going to do the work but I've not heard back from them at all. I have a home warranty so I don't know what they might have charged the home warranty company. They have not charged us anything yet. I called back two weeks later because we hadn't heard anything and they said the part was still on order. I called this week a couple of times and also left a message in their website but I've got no response at all. I haven't heard back from them for a month. They seemed like they knew what they were doing but they have not just followed through.
Description of Work: Prestige Appliance Repair came out to check the appliance we needed repaired.

 + 0 moreThey are very reasonable and arrive with the parts needed. They are clean, quick, and knowledgable. They also are the service provider that the manufacturers use (during warranty periods) as well as our home warranty company. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They came to repair our Maytag dryer, Whirlpool washer and our Kenmore dishwasher. They have also looked at our Samsung refrigerator and several other appliances.
