Noemi Cleaning

This person responed promptly to my phone call. We arranged an initial appt after work. Unfortunatly a voice message she left was not received and I spent over an hour waiting for her,( checked my phone several times and tried to get in touch with her). I did email her the next morning to see what had happened. She replied that she left a message ( which she did & I got that morning) but she would come that night after work again. She showed up we discussed the house and what what expected on both of our parts and made an arrangement for her to come do a cleaning lat Friday and then to have her come back two weeks from then to clean again. I was very impressed with her upon meeting her in person and excited to work with her. But most of all releived that someone was going to help me as I have a wedding in my home just a few days away! Well needless to say, on the day she was suppose to clean, she never showed up or called. I tried to call her no response. Still nothing. I know my house could use a dusting and vacum but beyond that nothing out of the ordinary. I feel she is a time waster and unprofessional.
