The unit was installed a couple of years ago. This visit was for spring checkup. Thomas, the tech, was great. Informative and efficient. I highly recommend this firm.

Anthony is a skilled, experienced HVAC technician. He started this business from scratch and has worked hard to build it and grow it in a very short time. His success speaks to the quality of the work he does and the service he provides.

I was advised to change my AC unit because it was leaking water into the house. They charged me and recommended to change the unit, I found out I do not have to change it. What they have to do is to rod the pipe because it was clogged for a couple of $$$.

I needed a new HVAC. I received a prompt bid at an extremely favorable price. The technicians who installed my new unit were extremely knowledgeable and personable! They finished the job in one day, even though they had estimated it would take two whole days. They cleaned up after themselves in a marvelous way.

Very straight forward conversation. Very pleasant service. Made me feel good about my decision to go with them.

These guys are great! We have an yearly maintenance contract with them for our AC and hot water boiler. They are professional and do great work! They are also very responsive as issues arise. Our older hot water radiator system went down on a Saturday night. I called Maggie and and Bob (one of the owners) was out Sunday morning and repaired our unit. They also installed a new hot water heater recently. Highly recommended!

Friendly reliable owners and staff. Work was completed when scheduled and professionally. New AC was installed with furnace. Since it was cold out, I was assured They will check outside condenser unit in the spring. Comforting to work with a good company.

The technicians and office staff really care about their work and customer satisfaction. They explore all options if a problem arises. They leave everything very clean. I highly recommend them.

I used Phoenix HVAC last week for some maintenance and to help improve the air flow in the house. They are so reliable and easy to work with. The technicians were friendly and efficient and were open to all of our questions about the work they were doing. Since they came, we have definitely noticed a good change in the amount of air circulating on our top floor. I would definitely recommend them!

I honestly don't have enough positive things to say about these guys. They were on time, every day. Their team was professional and courteous, going above and beyond. Every day when they left my home, everything was put back the way it was when they got there. I hardly even knew a MAJOR HVAC installation was happening when they weren't around. You're honestly stupid if you don't hire these guys!

On time, professional, and great customer support by Maggie. As far as value, they are definitely more expensive than some others we quoted, but you get what you pay for. We had our furnace and AC and water heater replaced by the Phoenix crew in Dec 19 and everything is still working well. Keep up the good work guys!

Used Phoenix to replace a furnace and a few hot-water heaters in our multi-unit property, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Before starting, they worked with us to select an installation that would both meet our needs and fit within our budget. They also did a top-notch installation. A couple months after the install I had a plumber in the basement for an unrelated reason, and he remarked about how impressed he was with their work. Most importantly, they were very responsive to our needs, and showed a lot of flexibility. Because we have such an old (120+ years) home with so many architectural quirks, the typical installation they were planning on doing wasn't ideal, so they ended up trying something new and making additional trips to their supplier to get the parts they needed for a non-standard install that would suit us better. Overall, they did a really fantastic job, and we'll definitely reach to to them in the future.

Phoenix HVAC is the only heating & cooling company I will ever use! They are thorough, professional and explain all options available. I never felt pressured to make a decision to repair or replace, and the final installation is impeccable... the job site was cleaned to a state better than it was before they started! They answered all of my questions and were extremely flexible when scheduling the work. Having the team @ Phoenix perform this work gave me peace of mind on the eve of sub-zero temperatures!
