A very good experience with Phoenix after many bad ones with several other companies. They took the time to really explain things and I never felt like they were pressuring me to do unneeded work.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my gas wall heater. Bob was very nice and did a great job. Maggie was very personable and let me know estimated time of arrival. I will call this company again when I need a heating service done.

Professional contractor that communicates well and makes it happen in smooth order. Weâ  ll be using them again. Kudos too for the professional manner in working with ladies, a skill few contractors have bothered with.

Phoenix came out for an issue with my Nest, but stayed on to help resolve a number of issues I was having with Radiant Heat. Super friendly and helpful.

Phoenix HVAC has been great! I needed maintenance on my A/C having never done any on it for 13 years. Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances. I was not in peril with no A/C and others were, so I was ok to wait a few days from original date. Customer Service was excellent, no pushy sales pitch and quality work! I've already recommended them to my neighbors!

A great job at a reasonable price!!!

We had five companies come out and look at our house and give us quotes for installing a Spacepak or Unico system in our house. Phoenix gave us the lowest quote (16k less than the highest quote!) and also had the best customer service. Everything was explained to us before, during, and after the installation. The owners seem to have a genuine passion for HVAC, which I wouldn't necessarily expect! Anthony was great with figuring out ways to get air to all the rooms in our 110 year old house with many quirks. Glad to have found this company.

Estimate was great compared to several others. Was honest and upfront about costs. A/C working like so much better now after their suggestions. Few issues while installing but they were very apologetic and went above and beyond to fix them.

Phoenix HVAC is by far the best HVAC company out there. They provide quality customer service while not hiking up their prices or upselling services not needed as has been my experience with some of the big HVAC companies.

I needed to reschedule at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The workers were polite, fast, and didn't leave any mess.

As a former HVAC instructor and tech I can say without question Bob was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and corrected.

I had the opportunity, and the pleasure, to work side by side coordinating with the office manager Maggie. She was so intentive with all my needs and always made it easy to get my questions answered. Maggie kept me informed on every step of this very large process from scheduling a crane and road crew, to getting permits and having the work inspected. SHE MADE THE WHOLE THING SIMPLE. Now the work crews worked quickly to get things running for us. The original plan was to take two days getting the old air conditioners down from the roof and then the new ones up and running. The crews had everything done in less then a day. I could not be happier with my experience with Phoenix HVAC!! I will definitely hire them again!

They really care and listen. They love their work, and they act and look professional. Even though my HVAC system is about 50 years old, they looked at every component and found needed parts. I was shown all facets of the system and what needed further attention. The price was reasonable too. Nothing better than an honest company. I have no complaints.

Phoenix HVAC was great! They responded right away and were able to come the same day to not only evaluate the problem, but fix it on the spot with parts on the truck. They were very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow and sent a few messages to various companies in the early hours of Saturday morning requesting quotes. Phoenix HVAC responded incredibly quickly in just a matter of hours and came by to do an assessment. Tony and Bob were extremely friendly and walked us through the issues and fixes, answering all our questions in a supportive and non-condescending way. They were also not dismissive about any of the issues we had. We appreciated how they did not try to sell us anything that wasn t standard, being completely transparent and helpful throughout the process. We were so impressed, we decided to use them for our regular maintenance.

I had the most positive experience working with Bob and Anthony on a full Furnace/AC installation. Both systems were approaching 15 yrs old needing repairs that would not have made sense to continue putting money into. Bob came onsite for a free consultation and very clearly communicated detail on my options, even making recommendations for further cost-saving improvements. They fit me in right away and worked diligently with the installation. I couldn't be happier with the end result...should have called these guys months ago!

Phoenix did a great job walking us through the details of the process and making us comfortable with the options. The end result was two new boilers, a new heating zone, and we've hired them for other installations and renovations.
