Excellent attention to detail, color matching and cleanliness. Completed work on scheduled dates, on time, on budge. A pleasure to work with. We also had them do the deck which turned out very well. Highly recommended.

Keith responded to my original request for a quote. He was timely and his price was within my budget. His employees were professional and the work was done within a reasonable time frame given the rainy weather we had during the week.

Prompt, courteous, professional service from start to finish. Contractor was quite flexible regarding the start date, which changed several times, and comleting additional ad hoc work on request, such as power washing our garage floor. He was helpful in obtaining a carpenter for extensive, prep. work.

Absolutely outstanding. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, quality, attention to detail, fair/honest price, and outstanding final product. I interviewed a number of paint contractors ahead of time, Master Finishes was clearly the most knowledgeable, friendly, easy to deal with. Honestly, I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe the overall quality of work. From the thorough prep-work to the advise and suggested improvements to the final outcome, the work was outstanding. I fully intend to contact Master Finishes for any future projects as I cannot imagine a better experience.

No services performed. Based on Angie's list feedback, there were many very favorable responses to this company's work. When I engaged Master Finishes, Keith was the first to respond, and schedule a day to provide an estimate. He was timely and very professional. It was obvious he knew his trade well. Hence I was looking forward to working with him. Unfortunately, his quote was 3x the other 4 estimates I received. The gap in price was too large for me to seriously consider.

I received 3 quotes, all were within 10% of each other, price was competitive and that is what I wanted to see.... we booked service in April for a mid-June start ... keith called a week before and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked to start early, OK w/ me. They started everyday by 7:00 AM and worked right through to 4:00 ... always cleaned up very well ... very friendly, all of the staff ... where they learned of areas that were not covered in the orignal est they advised us and we agreed to pay for the addtional work .... I was totally satified w/ result ... I'm not a painter but it looked great to me

I chose Keith from among several companies I interviewed for the work. Keith didn't have the lowest price but included the services I was looking for (powerwashing, patching, etc.), had good ratings here, and was very conscientious and professional about providing a detailed estimate. His team came in and completed the work over a weeks time with no problems. Everyone was very polite, the site was cleaned every day, and it was just a good experience overall. House looks great, Keith and his team paid great attention to detail in getting things right. I will be calling him again when it is time for more painting.

The ceiling in our foyer had sustained significant water damage due to a faulty roof repair in 2004. We waited until the roof contractor had made his repair before having the interior home damage repaired. We hired Master Finishes to tear out the damaged ceiling and replace it. Keith and his workers were courteous, punctual and very clean. They were conscientious about sealing off the work area from the rest of the home and minimizing the amount of auxillary dust I'd have to clean up. They repaired the ceiling and repainted the repaired areas. There is no visible seaming, which is no easy trick in drywall! I have nothing but good things to say about Keith and Master Finishes. We would definitely hire them for future drywall or paint work.

Job went perfectly. Very tough job because of the wallpaper. Keith was on vacation the second week; he told me that when I booked the job and asked if we minded he would be gone the one week. I had no problem with that, and his men couldn't have been any better if they tried. They arrived every day at 7:00 am, set up working and worked like dogs all day long. Keith and all his men are all skilled craftsmen, very meticulous, neat, polite and respectful of your home and furnishings, etc. Very nice people to have working in your house. All preparation work was first class, and the paint job was just beautiful. We are intending to sell in a year or so, so we intended to do neutral colors. Keith was very helpful in suggesting some subtle yet related colors for different areas. At the end, we used more colors than we originally planned, yet all flowed smoothly from room to room and match very well. House looks better than brand new. Whole job was neat, perfectly done and finished as quickly as they could given the detail of their work. First rate outfit!!!!!

I love him. Having him in my home is like having my car detailed. He is meticulous in everything he does.

I had wanted to have our master bedroom and bath painted for over a year; however, I just couldn't decide on colors. Keith was very helpful with color selection and brought numerous samples of color combinations and finishes. Our bedroom came out beautifully with 1 wall in a faux finish and the remaining 3 in a coordinating shade. I am very pleased with the quality and attention to detail of Keith's work. I intend to use him in the future for various projects I have around the house.

Keith and his crew were always on time during the almost two weeks it took to complete. They did an excellent job and were very thorough with taping and cutting in and everything looks great. Keith was very patient with picking colors and discussing options. He radiates professionalism and trustworthiness as well as being a very nice person. His crew are all native English speakers so there was no difficulty in communicating, though Keith was here most of the time anyway. We already have scheduled them to do more interior work for us.

Second time using Keith and Master Finishes. Though Keith said it might be a month before starting my project, he ws able to start within a week. Project went smoothly and results are great!

It went beautifully. They moved everything and covered it carefully, filled holes, primed and painted the walls and molding and part of the ceiling.

They are great!. Honorable, respectful and clean. All the things you want in a company.

This is our second time using Keith. He and his crew were very friendly. They did a great job. They pressure washed and stripped our deck to make the wood color look even. Then painted with a clear coat. It looks brand new. They also scraped, primed and painted the trim on the outside of our home. It really gave the outside of our home a clean look.

They did a great job and their estimate was very good. Keith has excellent advice on colors and we are very pleased with what we chose. Everything was done with a high quality paint and new paint matched existing paint very well. I was very impressed with everything they were able to do and we would highly recommend them.

Smooth as could be from estimate request to completion. Very quick response to my first call, called with available time a few week before promised, finished job in a day. The owner, Keith was friendly and responsive.

I contacted Keith in late May, along with about 6 other painting contractors. While his price was not the lowest (nor was it the highest), I could tell from talking to him while he inspected the exterior that he was a top quality guy and would do a top quality job. In early June, I was ready to contract with Keith (Master Finishes), and sent him a deposit. He called me to tell me that he was booked until mid September, and wanted to give me the opportunity to go with another painter, if I didn't want to wait that long. I decided to wait the summer and go with Keith. In September he called me about a week before he was supposed to paint the house to tell me that he was on schedule and would be there. He was right on time. They did a spectacular job, cleaned up each day. And repaired things that needed to be repaired. I will hire him again to do any painting I have. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Great guy. Great job.

I was impressed with agent's professionalism, questions asked and suggestions made. I was very confident that he would do a fine job. His bid was neatly typed, itemized, and detailed. He was very responsive to my requests. I did not go with this company for two reasons - 1) Price, his bid was $615 vs $400 from another contractor, although his hourly rate for extras was $32 vs $40 from the other contractor, and 2) Timing, when he came for the inspection on 8/7/07, he was not free until the third week of September. When I received the bid in the mail on 8/13/07, he was then booked until mid November. Had I received the bid more quickly, I might have gone ahead with him though his cost was higher because he seemed very sharp and I have plans for more significant work over the next couple of years. However, the other contractor gave me a bid on the spot. When I gave him the go ahead he was able to do the job the following week.

He fixed the cracks and touched up with paint and matched it perfectly.

I didn't hire this company because the price was so much higher than 3 other estimates- almost 3 times as much as the company I hired. I didn't check out references, etc, because of price. I would potentially hire if the price was competitive.

We had a great experience with Master Finishes. The quality of work was outstanding. Our construction workers even made comments on the great painting. Keith and his help were very friendly and easy to work with. The job took longer than we thought it would, but Keith refuses to cut corners. In the end, the extra time was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Master Finishes to everyone.

Keith Soos and his crew did a great job preping and staining our fence. The work was performed as promised and completed on time and without disturbing our neighbors. One neighbor even commented on what a great job they did. We will use Master Finishes again!
