They were good in prepping my place for sale.

Deal is misleading. It was not 140. I was charged $80 an hour for 3 hours.

They were fine. I was to get two people for 2 hours each which would turn into like 4 hours. When they came they were three people and they were each going to work for an hour and twenty minutes which came out to the same time. By the time they get here and they then they start a little early packing again, I thought that wasn't good. They did a very good cleaning job. They were fine and they do a wonderful job, so I thought they were excellent. They didn't come on time but that was alright because I was here. I paid a higher price and they should have been good for that price. The quality of their work was fine. They did a beautiful job and they did everything I asked. The woman in charge was very good and we understood each other perfectly and we had no communication problems at all.

This was a gift to my elderly Mother and Father as it is getting harder for them to clean on their own. Tammy was great to work with. Price was fair. The feedback from my Mother after the initial deep-clean was great. She said they cleaned areas that she could not get to any more.

, Despite being a working mom for 17 years, this was the very first time I ever hired someone to clean the house, so I don't have much to compare them to. I wanted to hire someone for 2 reasons: 1, I simply did not want to have to do the work myself. I hate cleaning and had put it off a little too long and could not get myself to get up and do it on my very limited time off. 2. I thought a professional cleaner might be able to do a better job cleaning than I could. Reason 1 was obviously covered. Reason 2 however was not true. When I did clean, I cleaned better than the house was cleaned. The bathrooms were great; the dusting was great, but some things were just never touched- like the outside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, the walls. Despite this, I do still plan to have them come twice a month for a few months. Many of my friends said that maid services simply need several visits to really get every single thing. The people with whom I spoke on the phone were very professional; they came on time, and considering the house hadn't had a really thorough cleaning in a long time, I was satisfied overall.

They come out once a month. They come the first Tuesday of every month. They range sometimes $320 then sometimes $360. It varies because they have an hourly rate. It varies a little bit.

The services went very well. They were very mindful of my children.

When I set up the appointment, I was trying to be cognizant of the business' hours, the person I spoke to said that they stopped at 4pm. I was under the impression that they would arrive at 2pm. Being first time users, I didn't understand (until after I called for the third time when they hadn't showed up) that the arrival window started at 2 and ended at 4. The two ladies did not arrive until just after 4. They did an okay job and I was thankful to have extra hands to get the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned up. They were pleasant and helpful, but the whole experience was marred by the awful communication. I will probably look for a different company if I use one again.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is great. They have been to my home 3 times now. The first was a deep cleaning, the other 2 normal cleanings. They do exactly what they say and more. They pay attention to detail such as dusting chair legs, wiping smuges off windows, etc. They got a rust spot out of a sink I have been trying to get out for 2 years. I have used many house cleaning services in the past and never been this satisfied. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Tow different crews have been to my home and both did a great job.

They did a fantastic job. There was some "miscommunication" on exact time commitments from when it was scheduled to when they agreed to show, but the work was done in the half day window. Overall, its a good value. Lets face it, 3 hours won't get a house spotless, but they did their job to a more than acceptable amount in that time.

Overall they did a good job cleaning. I am giving them a poor rating because during the cleaning they scratched my stainless steel refrigerator. When I came in to do the walk through with the supervisor (who showed up at the end of the service) I first thought it was streaking from the cleaner and would wipe off. To my dismay it was scratching on the fridge and it looks very bad. The supervisor looked and said she saw it but assumed it had been there prior to the cleaning. She spoke to the cleaning people and they did not realize they had scratched the fridge. It obviously was an accident - there must have been something on the rag that was used and caused the scratch. The supervisor told me that they had a service that would come out and repair the fridge. As it was the holiday weekend someone from their office would call me on Monday to schedule someone to come out and look at it. While I was unhappy about the scratch I felt OK knowing they would come in and make the repair. Monday came and went without a phone call. I called in on Tuesday and I finally spoke with someone that said they would look into getting a service to repair the issue. They did give me some grief saying it was unlikely they could have caused the scratches but I have been the only one cleaning that fridge for the last 8 years and those scratches were not there prior to the cleaning. I have never hired a cleaning service and this was my first and probably last time because of this. I was told that I would be called back by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went without any phone call. I called back and spoke with Kim (who I may have spoken with the prior week). She told me that they were having a hard time finding anyone to perform the service and that I should look for someone but they were still trying and would call me back the next day. To date I have not received any phone calls back. I was upset about the scratches but what really made me dissatisfied was their lack of response to the problem that they caused. I would not use them and cannot recommend their service. If you do decide to use them and if something becomes damaged I wish you good luck. I have purchased a stainless steel scratch remover kit and will attempt to remove the scratches this weekend. .

The girls did a great job and completed the work in 3 hours (so 6 hours of work).

They were two hours late. We initially had trouble contacting them. Bad communication.

The crew performed all tasks requested of them and did them well.

I purchased 4 hours. 2 women came on time, and quietly did their job in 2 hours. I did not need to participate.

Slight hiccup with timing, but they were able to re-schedule. House looked great, very happy with results.

They did everything I asked them to and things I forgot to mention. First housecleaners I have had in Chicago area who actually dusted the tops of paintings and window frames. I was impressed. I would have them come in more ofter, but they are a little too expensive for me.

Okay job cleaning. Lots of confusion with office on how much work was to be performed. Somewhat a result of how I was trying to utilize their services.

Two ladies show up on time. Received a phone call 15 minutes prior their arrival. Left them alone to deep clean my rental unit for 2 hours. They cleaned everything and put the sparkle back into the unit.

They arrived on time. They were prompt and got the work done within 2 hours

The cleaners arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning. We will definitely call again and am considering signing them to have a regular cleaning service.
