The team came in with in the scheduled time, discussed the area to be covered and completed the work. They did a fantastic job and will hire again.

They came out and did move out cleaning. I wasn't there but my realtor was and she said they did an outstanding job. I believe they sent two people out for the job.

Staff did not listen to specific needs. Very rushed and carelessness caused them to break bedroom blinds. Then apparently told management I said it was "no problem". A lot of hassle to replace window covering the same day to have management respond that my blinds were old to begin with. In all fairness the ladies know how to clean but my needs were not really met, and I didn't appreciate how management handled the blinds issue nor arguing with me.

The two-person team did an excellent job. They arrived on time. They thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and all bathrooms -- leaving even the difficult areas (e.g.: behind toilets, greasy range-hood areas) sparkling. Even the floor in the furnace / water heater / laundry room area -- which previous cleaning people have failed to clean sufficiently -- got remarkably clean

They always do a fantastic job and are very friendly and professional.

They damaged my kitchen cabinets. I hired them for a full housecleaning. I had a broken foot so could not follow them around. I only asked what they were using on my wood floors. I did not ask them to clean the kitchen cabinets but they must have sprayed the heavy duty cleaner they used for the counter tops and oven on my light wood cabinets because I later realized there were dark stains all around the knob and surrounding area. I called immediately the next morning and sent pictures and was told that they would have someone come out and look at it. Over 2 weeks later no one has come. I don't think there will be any way to repair it anyway because I think they damaged the stain.

They're really good. I just wish they were a little less expensive. They really do a good job. I wish they could come out every two weeks. The quality is very good.

Awesome. The crew showed up on time, walked through our house to get explanation of key areas, and then they got to work. The house looks terrific. Floors, cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, windows, you name it, it's clean. House looks great, highly recommend Maid Brigade.

I've tried this company twice with mixed results. First time I found them on Angie's List with pretty good reviews. Found a coupon for "deep clean". Scheduling went well, but I was very disappointed that the crew took 2/3rd's of 3 hours with 3 staff to clean the 2nd floor. Did a less than acceptable job on the 1st floor and didn't even touch the basement. Called to complain and not much came out of it. Tried them again and requested different crew. Guess what? Same crew showed up with a bad attitude. I called the main number to complain, they sent a new crew, with a much better attitude and they did a good job on all three floors. Two staff for 3.5 hours at a lower price. However, when I called to schedule for monthly service they said that the 2nd crew sent were not available. If I wanted Saturday, they could not guarantee that the 1st crew I did not like would not come again. Seems like they are short staffed in my area. Not exactly what I wanted to hear. Will try someone else next. Customer service at the main office is excellent, but they don't communicate well with local manager.

I will wait for my conversation with the manager on Mon, because I have other things to do other than shop for cleaning services and wrangle with uncooperative cleaning ladies to see if we move forward....

OK, but I paid for Angie's List deal - 2 maids for 2 hours ea. They sent a 3rd maid without asking me and then charged me an extra $100 on my CC without notifying me (I only noticed it when I looked at my bank account.) The person who answered the phone when I called to question explained that when I signed the "Terms of Service," I agreed to pay the extra and that they do not usually give receipts. Had I known their process, I might have reduced the requested work, though I have hired maids before and in my opinion all the requested work could have been done by 2 maids in the allotted time.

I've used them 9 times. They showed up 4 1/2 hours late. They weren't efficient. They were not good. Service-wise, the were poor,

Because we had a set number of hours with the offer we purchased, Maid Brigade asked us to provide a priority list. They took the time to do a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen and then asked if I wanted to extend their time to hit the living areas. After seeing the job they had done on the bathrooms, I was more than willing to add the extra hour. I'm now looking at booking Maid Brigade for monthly service.

Pleasant to deal with, did a great job!

We had a Christmas party at our house and after the stress of planning it, the last thing I wanted to do was clean. Thanks to the pleasant office staff, I was able to call 3 days before for a last minute booking. The team arrived on time and made my home look better than it was before. It was so nice to come back to a sparkling home.

I could not see a difference in the cleaning before and or after -The company did not care

The cleaning itself was very good, but not worth the collateral damage, which included a broken toilet seat, a broken ceiling fan and a broken candle. The workers did not bring this to my attention. One worker also broke a glass in the kitchen, but this was brought to my attention. It was also way over-priced, considering I don't have a large home. They charged me the maximum estimate, even though they didn't have to clean one bedroom and the basement. I have voiced my opinion to the company and I have yet to hear back from them (it has been a week). In my opinion, you judge a company not only on how well they do the job, but their responsiveness to problems. In reading other reviews, it sounds like this is common complaint for Maid Brigade. I will never use them again, nor recommend them.

They did a good job but their attention to detail could have been better.

The team was responsive to requests%the team leader especially was pleasant, friendly, helpful (the other two didn't speak a lot). The services were adequate but not stellar. However, I was on a tight budget and didn't want them to go over the time already paid, in order to do the job in more depth; that may have been the issue.

Very professional, efficient and exceptionally hard workers. My home looks terrific especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Shows they care and take pride in their work. The office staff was very professional , friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your excellent service and company. I will recommend to all.

We hired Maid Brigade for a four hour deep clean. It ended up that three people came for an hour and 15 minutes which they assured me would equal the same thing. We only have an 1100 sf home so I would have thought that a four hour deep clean would have been adequate. Not so much. I also tried to extend the amount of time they had but because they arrived so late that day (they were supposed to come between noon - 2 and didn't arrive until 3pm) they were not able to give me any extra time. That's fine but I ended up having to vacuum the living room myself after they left. I also ended up dusting the fan and removing cobwebs from all the rooms too. So much for a deep clean. I honestly felt that the maids did a great job cleaning what they had time to clean. I think they were overbooked and did not have the time they needed to really finish the deep clean. That's not the maids fault it was more of a scheduling issue. I'm not sure that I agree that three people working for an hour and 15 minutes is exactly the same as two people having two full hours to clean. They would have been less rushed.
