Maid Brigade

They did a good job. Not as detailed as I had hoped.

We had a bad experience prior, which may have been a miscommunication between the front office and the crew. We decided to try again, as we had prior good experience with Maid Brigade. The crew arrived on time, and was extremely professional. We went over instructions for the entire house. The crew did an outstanding job. The house is super clean, every detail we asked for was handled. This absolutely erased our previous poor experience. I recommend Maid Brigade.

Downstairs was done well. Upstairs, not so much. Crew was told to complete the entire house, stay beyond purchased hours to get the entire house clean. They did not. Called, they offered to send them back out, but at this point, we were away from the house and not in a position to return. Crew texted after they left, not before. Now, we have much cleaning to do that was not done - bedrooms not done, floors not done well - very disappointing, prior to guests arriving tomorrow. The whole point of using a service such as this is to get a good thorough clean done, and allow us time to focus on other things in preparation for our visitors. Unfortunately, we will be cleaning tonight, which was not the plan. Office said there was a miscommunication - however, it was clearly communicated with the crew when they arrived. Very disappointing.

They are back again today, hopefully to get beyond the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great..Did more than expected. Even made beds. House smelled fresh and clean....

They did an amazing job and my house was spotless. They are a little pricey, but I would still hire them again.

Very Impressed. 2 ladies came and worked non-stop. They really paid attention to the bath and kitchen, at my request. But their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I didn't notice until the next day many of the little things they did in an overall excellent job.

We paid $220 for 6 hours using a Big Deal. They were alright not bad, I would use them again.

Communication from the company was great. Crew arrived early and went right to work. They did a thorough job and everything looked great. Would definitely use Maid Brigade again.

They sent 3 ladies that got to work as soon as they walked in the door! They did a wonderful job cleaning, somehow they even got the baked on grease off the gas stove burner grates! Our downstairs bathroom which is old and needs remodeling is also sparkling new. Amazing!

We had initially hired them through a big deal and they did a wonderful job, so we hired them again to clean our home when we moved out. Again, excellent. They were fast, thorough, and professional. Our floors were gleaming, bathrooms immaculate. I highly recommend!!

Great, they were left on their own to lock up and the place looked fantastic. The inside of the oven looked brand new. They were prompt, efficient and thorough.

The quality of cleaning was amazing and I had never seen the house so clean, really shows what you can do with professional cleaners with professional equipment. There was an incident unfortunately where a piece of property was damaged, however, I received a call from a manager very quickly who walked me through what they would do to resolve the issue. They reimbursed me for my loss quickly and professionally. Things happen, but they proved they are a real professional company in how they dealt with it quickly and responsibly. I can't ask for anything more. And like I said, the house looks amazing!

In the beginning they sent the same crew out and I was really pleased with the work. As time went on they sent random people out and the quality varied. I was always present during the cleanings. The first time I was not able to be present, was when things went downhill. I left instructions with the office staff that I had a cat and that any closet doors that were open were to be left open. I'm assuming the people that did the cleaning didn't care as my cat was locked in the closet all day without access to food or water. My cat has kidney disease and needs to have access to water constantly. I also found where they moved my cat's tree, but didn't even vacuum the area. This tells me that their staff just doesn't care. What they did to my cat was an automatic discontinue of my service.

We hired them to do a deep clean the house in order to prep for the real estate market--this entailed cleaning all bathrooms, windows, floors, kitchen, appliances, baseboards. They worked quickly and the house looked wonderful afterwards! Our carpets were the cleanest I've ever seen, the bathrooms spotless, and the hardwood floors were shiny. I would definitely hire them again!

They did an okay job. They did a “B” job. It was not great, but it was acceptable. Then just before preparing to sell the condo, I had to go around the condo and clean up a little bit more. She did fine, but it wasn’t anything special.
