I got him twenty years ago from a referral. I have had a wonderful carpet cleaner. When my son was young, he brought his dirt bike into the living room to do a repair on it. This guy got everything out and then went out of business, at some point retired or did whatever he did and gave me a referral and that guy stunk. Somewhere along the line, somebody recommended this guy to me. I have a very old sick cat and all of the odor from this old sick cat may not have come out but every stain from this cat throwing a brown gook, he got all of it out and the carpet is not drenched. I can remember my sister-in -law got her carpet cleaned and the floor was wet. She uses this guy now too. He just does a good job. As far as he could get into the bedrooms, he did and he charged me $175. I felt that for what he did, it was reasonable. I do not have a clue what other carpet cleaners charge. He comes when he says he is going to come. He returns a phone call in a reasonable time and he gets the carpet cleaned, it is not saturated. Everything is fairly dry within the fixed rate hours. He just does a very good job. When you have others clean the carpet and obviously it has been over twenty years since I have had anybody else do my carpet, it is just that he gets it done, even cat puke and I am sure he would have been able to clean up after my son went with the motorcycle.
