Description of Work: Larry was on site within an hour following a call from my plumber after a pipe burst on the 2nd floor, sending water down to the hardwood floor below and down onto the basement ceiling, which then collapsed onto the floor and furniture. Total loss. Larry handled the demolition, replacement of walls, trim, refinishing of floors, carpeting, and painting of basement and first floor. He even took many pieces of antique furniture which needed refinishing out to Highwood in order to save on pickup and delivery expenses by the refinisher. He worked with my insurance company, interviewed various subcontractors for specialty work and went out of his way to honor my wishes.
