Arrived on time, cleaned up after the job, attention to detail, highly recommended

Had a custom shower with a big walk in door that was done only 9 months ago when I did a whole house remodel to my home. Original installer did terrible sloppy work and the door ended up being too tight and wouldn't open or close because he didn't take into consideration expansion and contraction with the hot and cold here. Hired GEN 3511 and he came out and explained everything amd ordered me up a new door. He got it quickly and installed quickly and did great clean work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Very neat and clean and his work is very aesthetically pleasing. I will hire for any future glass work for sure. Also as a plumber I will recommend him to any future customers that need glass for showers or anything else.

Enrique was prompt in all aspects, quoting the job, explaining the process, ordering materials and immediately set up installation once the glass was procured. He quoted two weeks and completed the work within the timeframe. His craftsmanship and organization were excellent. He left the area cleaner than he found it and was very courteous. I waited literally months to have a mirror replaced in a sliding mirror closet door. I finally gave up on who was going to do the work. Within just a few days of contacting GEN 3511 GLASS he was at my home. Unfortunately, the mirror couldn't be replaced due to a damaged frame. I decided to replace both sets of doors as one of the other mirrors had a small crack. I asked to have it done as reasonably as possible. The job was completed in a few hours since I have standard size door openings.. Everything was done neatly and the doors look like they cost much more. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Enrique took down my old shower doors and put up my new ones. He takes his work very seriously. The shower doors I ordered were frameless and very time-consuming. I looked at the instruction book and could not believe it. Enrique knew exactly what to do. He sized stuff. He did everything so perfectly. He paid attention to every single detail of this job. He is a very friendly person and he took his time to do an excellent job on my shower doors. They are absolutely beautiful. I could not have hired anyone that would have done a better job!! Enrique was very fast to respond and showed up the day I called. He installed a VERY large mirror for me that I could have never done alone as it weighed over 100 pounds and was just under 6ft across. He was meticulous at measuring and centering the mirror. I highly recommend him.
