DO NOT do business with them if you have weeds in your lawn. The worst service ever and even with their 100% satisfaction guarantee, they refused to refund money. Apparently they can’t help prevent weeds, they can only help to temporarily get rid of them. They do spot treatment and don’t cover your whole grass! My lawn looked wise after their service and I have pictures as proof. So many weeds all over! I went with them thinking a smaller company would give attentive care and care for its clients needs. My neighbors that use a big box company at a fraction of the cost have better looking lawn than mine. They basically said there wasn’t anything more they could do and decided to severe our contact in the middle of the season! The worst customer service and lawn care I have ever dealt with! Save yourself some time and agony and chose another company.

We've worked with many other lawn care providers and Emerald Lawn Care has been the most professional of all of them. I have repeatedly recommended them to family and friends. I have a very huge yard and to see them work every inch of it makes me feel like it's worth the money I pay them. They patiently check on the conditions of my lawn before applying fertilizer. If conditions are not Optimum, they will not hesitate to return another day to do it.

Emerald did a great job with our lawn which was neglected by the previous owners. Our grass had significant weed and creeping Charlie issues. Emerald came and put together a program to fertilize and treat our yard. They came out five times this year for $65 each. The billing is very professional and provides information on how our lawn is doing. They have been doing a great job!

I'd give them an "A" overall. If I have to comment on anything, they just do what they do and if you don't water it, it's not their fault. I would use them again.

Excellent!! They are knowledgable, helpful, easy to work with, and provided the desired results. Locally owned and operated. I was using another company (franchise with different person each trip) with poor results (excessive weeds and constant attempt to sell unnecessary services) Based upon my dissatisfaction with prior service provider, I did some research. A friend suggested Emerald Green. They had excellent reviews on Craig's List. Now, I know the excellent reviews are well earned. At Emerald Green, they listened to my concerns and provided helpful advise. They were out at the scheduled time and provided amazing results. Within two weeks, virtually all weeds were gone and lawn looks healthier. I'm anxious to see how much better my lawn will look after a full season with Emerald Green.

I was unhappy with a company that provided this service last year, so this year I checked out Angie's List and chose Emerald Lawn Care based on their good reviews. I purchased their whole-season service and so far I am very pleased. They were responsive to and addressed a recurring invasive creeping violet problem from last year and the weeds are now gone. Our lawn looks great. NOTE: I gave an A for Price only because I was required to include it. I did not compare their price with many other companies but I suppose they are probably similar.

Good so far, they are prompt and fair on price. I like their customer service more than other companies, they are more real and upfront about what you really need/want. They also don't call you continuously when contemplating signing up, as the Weed Man Company. I took advantage of the upfront season payment to get a slight discount on the entire season price.

It was fine. They came by when I was at work and when I got home they were done. I plan on using them again.

We're very satisfied with them. We've only had on treatment so far but they did come out once and noticed there was standing water and said we'll come back when it's dryer. Then they came back a day when the lawn was dry. We bought a whole package of services. The whole treatment plan for the year was in the neighborhood of $330 dollars but that includes probably ten different treatments. I think their pricing is reasonable.

The estimate was just fine. I will be looking for more estimates.

The yard looks good and we're pretty happy with the results. We've had several other companies do fertilizing work for us in the past and so far Emerald Lawn Care has been the best. We'll continue using their services next year.

It is an ongoing thing throughout the summer. It is a contract you sign for the whole summer. The cost is roughly $2500 a season. I would highly recommend them. It was good. They provide excellent service. The products they use are excellent, you see the results right away.

This is my first review on Angie's list - I felt I needed to write about how much I enjoy working with Emerald and explain why I feel they are an excellent company to do business with. First, I was referred to them by my neighbor. When I asked for a quote for seasonal fertilizer and weed control, it was higher than I expected. Tracey offered a modified service that fit my budget with no hassle or hard-sell. During the season I have called Emerald twice when I noticed weed growth between applications...both times Tracey quickly scheduled a return visit at no charge, no questions asked. Finally, the lawn technician they send is very knowledgeable and professional about my lawn issues and after each visit leaves me a document stating the service that was performed. This is really a company that puts customers first! I hope to use them again next year.

They service us three or four times a year. They do different services, like in the fall they do aeration so it costs a little more, but generally is costs about $60 per treatment. It has been great and they provide good service. The owner is very good at customer service. They do the service when we are not at home, but I think only one person comes out to provide the service, but I am not sure. I don't think they carry office staff. I think it is just the one guy and they provide good customer service. Relative to other companies they are probably fairly priced. I have not had to deal with them too much.

I wasn't wowed by their service. I found myself still spraying dandelions and weeds throughout the summer. My front yard was a bit of a mess in the spring and I thought they would at least give me some pointers to get it going in the right direction. Instead, the landscape company did it and it turned out ok.

I've been using Emerald Lawn Care for years. They do a great job and I'm very happy with their annual plan.. which I think is about $500 a year.

Lawn looks terrific and they got rid of all of the tough to treat weeds (clover, mustard weed, etc). I highly recommend them.
