Easy Top Cleaning Company

Back in June, we were in need of a good deep cleaning of our house for an upcoming event. I contacted [*** Link removed ***] to find a suitable cleaner, paid our fee of $350 for the cleaning, scheduled it and assumed we were all set. I was contacted directly by Jana at Easy Top who convinced me that the service that Angi promised would not come to fruition and her company could do the job for the same price if I went direct with her. I was sold and Jana successfully poached me. After making accommodations with Jana at the $350 that was ordinally agreed with the Angi service I was informed that the service would be $520 minus a $50 deposit. Since we were in a time bind I agreed to the price and scheduled for Jana's team to come out. My first mistake was working direct with Jana. My second mistake was paying for the service upfront before it was completed. While this was not a requirement for Easy Top I had a Dr's appt I had to get to so we paid before we left so there were no issues. When we came home we found the service was not close to what was paid. For a supposed deep clean we were expecting more. We came home to; Dirty countertops, stove fan not clean, dusty shelves, dirty cabinets, dirty light switches, streaked windows, an uncleaned mudroom sink, unclean mudroom, and dirty light among things. Again I paid $520 for this cleaning and planned a further tip for the workers had a good job been completed. It was not. I contacted Jana logged my complaint, gave ample opportunity for her and her business to try and make things right. She did not, I told her I was going to leave this review and she said "ok". So buyers be aware and proceed with caution. I have had better service at 1/2 the price.

They charged $200 to clean my new apartment which was already pretty clean. I just wanted a deep clean to feel comfortable moving in. 2 people came with a vacuum, one roll of paper towels, and some sprays. I came in to them cleaning my kitchen floor with their feet and paper towels. I didn’t ask them to clean the fridge or stove because they’re new. Didn’t ask them to clean the balcony. Couldn’t tell you what they did for an hour and half, so I wouldn’t hire them again nor would I recommend them.

Very clean, fast and professional

Jana did a wonderful job cleaning our house! It has been so easy communicating with her throughout the project; she called right away to review my request and was very thorough in explaining her services. She arrived on top and spent the entire afternoon cleaning our new home from top to bottom. It looks and feels like a brand new home, and it's over 50 years old! I am so happy with the result and would recommend Jana to anyone!

Jana worked very hard to clean my bathrooms and kitchen. What a difference! I will have her back for bi weekly cleaning.

The two women who came to clean after my tenants moved out were wonderful! Not only in the work they did, but they were sweet, very professional in their demeanor, and charged a fair fee. They did more than I had expected. If they operated where I live I would hire them in a New York second to do regular cleaning.

Wonderful couple and their team are the best. Deep cleaning and so efficient. Easy communication and they even point out if/when they find some household repair or concern (that has saved us money and headaches). Would recommend them without question!

They where supposed to only do a one time cleaning. Once they where done we hired them to come once a month. The crew are hard working friendly people. I just had back surgery and the crew saw a big bag of dog food in the garage, they brought it in and made sure that Im healing. Great people

we thought it would be a simple cleaning job. However it turned out to be a tough job. Because of the crawlspace, Jana had to crawl in the crawlspace to clean it. She is very professional and kind. The result is way above our expectation! Highly recommended!!!

They're great. They have their own HEPA vacuum with is very helpful, we rely on them a lot.

3 people for 2 hours did a 2400 sq ft home. They did well and I would welcome them again
