Easy Top Cleaning did a wonderful job on our post construction clean up. We needed a post construction clean up due to some minor construction in our home but still ended up having a small amount of drywall dust everywhere. We contacted Easy Top Cleaning Company and they were quick to respond and gave us an estimate over the phone based on my assessment on what needed to be done. Their estimate was fair and we settled on a amount with a max number of persons and working hours. Jana provided us with a list via email of what they would do for the quoted amount and I emailed back with a several added items I knew we would need to have done and they agreed. Jana has always been quick to respond to my requests especially when texting and emailing. They came to our home on the agreed day and time and proceeded to completely and thoroughly clean our home and to be completely honest, they exceeded our expectations. So much so that we have asked if they will come clean our home on a regular basis and we are replacing a wonderful cleaning person we have used for the past seven years. I would highly recommend Easy Top Cleaning Company to anyone that needs anything from construction cleanup to regular house cleaning service. We used this cleaning service to deep clean our house when getting ready to sell. There was a lot to do with a big house. We had the crew out 2 times to clean every inch of the house from top to bottom including all bathrooms, appliances, floors and walls. It was spotless! Potential buyers remarked about how clean the house was. This helped it sell in record time! We also had this service come after the movers the day we moved out. I was running a bit behind, so they even cleaned out the refrigerators for me and loaded my car with the last of the kitchen contents. Again, the house was spotless and smelled wonderful! At the closing, after there final walk-through, the buyers' realtor remarked that it was the first time he had stepped into a house for a final walk-through and felt he needed to take off his shoes! They always go above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations in every way. They are fast, thorough, and reasonable. I have recommended them to friends who have also been exceedingly happy.

The worst cleaning service I ever had. I did initial phone call with Jana back on April 29 and I told her that I need a deep cleaning for my new house on 6/4 . I made the list of the cleaning items, including interior window cleaning, wall dusting/washing, cabinets/drawers cleaning, sterilize the toilets, sinks and kitchen stove, etc. She was SO NICE on the phone and she said that she knows what deep cleaning means. After I told her for the sq.ft and how tall is the ceiling, she made the estimates for 3 ladies, 6 hrs job for $550. I accepted. On May 20, I called her to reschedule the original cleaning date to 6/17. She told me that she had another client in the morning but she can come to my house at 11 a.m.sharp. I was a bit concerned on the phone and asked if she would get enough time to do the deep cleaning for me. She said that it would not be an issue at all. On 6/15, two days before the cleaning, I asked her if she preferred me to hire window cleaning to do interior windows. She said yes and she would also take the price off from her original estimates. On 6/16, one day before the cleaning, I txted her that I had a few things that I needed to give her heads up. One is that the interior window cleaning will be added back to the scope and 7 windows have a bit of paint so it needs to be scraped. I will also lend her the ladders. Another thing is that I scheduled duct cleaning on 6/16 but they could not do it cuz the most vents were glued to the floors. so they had to come back on the 17 th, which would be overlapping with her team. Will that be an issue? can you guys work on the floors at the last? She txted me back with "no issues, no worries. we will take care of everything." On the 17th, I was busy packing at my old house but my husband was in the new house waiting for them. Jana txted me at 12:15 pm that they just arrived at my house.. I told her that once the duct cleaning was done, my husband would pick me up to the new house so I can meet them. She said no problems. I txted her in the mid of the cleaning, like 2 or 3 pm to ask if everything was ok. She said YES and they worked well with the duct cleaning guys. At 5 pm, my husband called me and told me that Jana told him that her team had to leave in one hr, 6 pm as they only budgeted 6 hrs (even they arrived at 12:15 and started at 12:30), however they only finished the second floor, 2 baths, 3 bds and tiny atic office room. They hadn't started the kitchen yet , neither for basement. Now only 1 hr left, she didn't think they could even finish the kitchen and basement at all. She told me that as the duct cleaning crews interrupted her team. I asked her that why she didn't let me know earlier when I txted her. She said that "it is what it is. we can't finish the kitchen/main floor, basement. We can come back on Monday to finish." I told her that I really need her team to complete the cleaning as I am moving tomorrow morning. She txted me back that they would stay until 9 p.m. but the n

I'm a Realtor who was in a crunch to get someone to clean one of my listings to get up on the market. The home is old and VERY DATED, and wanted the home cleaned and freshened so it would appeal to buyers. I asked the to make it smell good, and when I went back to the home, it was clean and smelled good. I would use them again in the future!
