They were prompt and efficient, They did a nice overall job.

The women I spoke with Jana was not the person who showed up. A man and two women who barely spoke english. (After stating I needed english speaking people) The man was nice and the only who was able to speak english. The bathrooms needed to be redone and after they left I was disappointed with most of the floors which was the main reason i hired them. The kitchen sink was not even cleaned properly. I took pictures.

They were prompt, communicated well, and got the job done.

They are my bi-weekly cleaning service. Customer service is awesome, Jenna is so great to work with- very responsive, communicates well, dependable and flexible. We had a few issues with consistency when she switched cleaning "crews" but they were fast to adjust to make things right again. Definitely would recommend.

They are sincere and hardworking

Three young women came to clean my home after having New Foundation bamboo flooring remodeling and painting. One laughed and said she forgot the vacuum cleaner and was gone 1 1/2 hours. The two women that stayed here did not understand English. I found one of the girls standing on top of my dining room table cleaning out my lamp. They agree to all the things that needed done and when they got here they refused to do most of it they would not claim my hallway lights or the kitchen. They wipe down my new kitchen cabinets but they were empty inside and didn't bother to clean out all the dust or even vacuum it out until I told them to. My bathroom vanities we're not cleaned as well. Once again I had to ask them to please open the drawers and vacuum and wipe them out. Say wash the bathroom floor but they refuse to get down on their knees two white underneath the vanities. When Jana came back she started yelling at them and a foreign language and they ended up spending 7 hours instead of 5. My caretaker was here with me and she went out to keep checking on them and they were so lazy. They asked if they could take a break 45 minutes after they arrived. These girls had to be in their early twenties and very fit. They asked how I liked my house and I told him it was terrible and I wished I hadn't of hired them and I said I think I should get some money back. The next morning without notice someone rang my front door bell and I both have been thinking it was a package delivery and I got a knock on my front door and it was a man and he gave me $50 from the 350 I paid for the cleaning. He asked what the problem was and I showed him house marry my new cabinets were and the bottom legs of my harvest table had an inch of dust left on them. He went to give me a hug and said everything will be alright. I would not let him hug me. He was a stranger and I was the only one home and I'm handicapped. I had to hire someone else to come in and clean and they did a fantastic job for $100. They dusted my ceiling baseboards crown molding walls etc. After 5 months of a rehab I was really expecting my home to be clean. It left me very distraught the fact that I had to hire someone else to come in who knew how to clean.

They are helpful, efficient, always on time, call if they will be late, meticulous and hard working to a fault. I would recommend them to everybody and anybody. They are very pleasant and I enjoy having them in my home.

Great job cleaning to get my Mom's house ready to put on the market. The staff paid attention to all of the details, cleaning inside cabinets as well as fronts and under sink, etc. They made sure to ask about every detail and everything looked fabulous when they were finished. Thourough, polite and very respectful to our needs. Would definitely hire them again.

They were very accomodating. I needed someone right away for a house showing and I know the owner did everything in her power to get a cleaning crew in, plus they did an acceptable job considering the limited time they had to work with. Finally, they were reasoable.

Easy Top Cleaners were punctual and courteous. There were 3 people on the job and they did a fine job. Of course, nobody cleans like you would personally and there were a few items left undone after the crew was gone. I expected that. But overall I appreciated the work they put into making the house shine and smell like new.

I needed deep cleaning before moving in for empty but dirty townhouse, was quoted price which I agree to pay, but was very disappointed with qualiy of work. You need to constantly watch and check and verify work being done otherwise you end like me trusting and cleaning most additionally after service yourself. I contacted the owner with issues and she was understanding about problems that I described and even asked what do I want to do about it, but when I asked for a general cleaning a week after we moved because there was no time to do it before I did not even got an answer.
