Received call to schedule service within a day or two after purchasing the deal. they were very accommodating on the dates and times.

We had a nest of wasps that nested under the shingles of our garage roof. Chem-Wise came out and sprayed the nest and also wasp/bee proofed the entire house. The service provider was punctual, professional and quick. We would definitely use them in the future. The service to do both is $145 but we had the Angie's list discount.

Rudy from Chem-Wise rang the door bell promptly right at the time they said he would be here. He came in, inspected and addressed all my concerns and questions. He reassured me how their stuff worked and what and what it will not take care of. He showed true professionalism which is becoming more rare these days. He also was very patient with all one thousand of my ignorant questions. I signed up for their annual service and look forward to being pest free, he said they will make sure of that Thanks Chem-Wise (Rudy)! TF

Chem-Wise was excellent. The offices were very professional when I spoke them on the phone. I had never used an exterminator before and they took the time (10 minutes at most) to walk me through their process and answer my questions. The contractor arrived on time and spent 20 minutes in my house (first visit) setting traps and walking around my house. He showed me several entrances (the obvious ones) and then indicated a few others that I don't think I would have seen. He (Rudy) is coming back for a 2nd visit on 12/19. On the second visit he removed the traps, looked where they were coming in and plugged all the holes he could find.

It has worked out just great. We have been pestered by little red ants throughout our house for several years. I tried all the various off-the-shelf remedies: spray, dry traps, wet traps, you name it. Nothing worked to rid our house of the pests. Finally called Chem-Wise. They treated inside and outside the house and the ants immediately stopped appearing. We had a small repeat about a month later and the came right out, within 24 hours, and did a repeat treatment. Since that one repeat episode, we have not seen one ant in the house. (today is near the end of October).

The technician arrived on time. He was very familiar with how to treat the nest. He was attacked during the treatment but was wearing protective clothing so he didn't get stung. He treated the nest then called me from his cell to tell me not to use the front door which was near the nest because the hornets were swarming. They offered to come back in three days to remove the nest but that would be for an extra charge so I opted to remove it myself. The treatment killed all of the adult hornets but the nest still had live larvae so I had to burn the nest to destroy the larvae.

Vendor responded quickly to my inquiry, and directed me to featured price (whole house treatment for price of normal one-area treatment). Service was scheduled for next day, and was provided as promised. Treatment appears to have produced desired results. Will continue to monitor to verify to-end-of-year guarantee. Would definitely use again.

Yellow jackets had found a way to get inside our house and one managed to sting my 2 year old while we were in our kitchen. I got on line to search for wasp removal services in our area. Chem wise had multiple positive reviews on Angie's List so I submitted an on line request for appointment around 7:30 am (website indicated they opened at 8 am). No joke, my phone rang at 8:01 with someone calling to arrange a visit to us the same afternoon. The technician showed up early, located the nest (along with the entrance point to our house) and sprayed it. He also sprayed the perimeter of the house for other pests (ants, spiders, etc) and arranged for us to have regular pest control service going forward.

Excellent, professional service. Honored Angie's List coupon for $95, a great deal. Person on the phone, Angie, was super professional! Scheduled service for the day, and the technician Jalil was there at 8 AM, and called first! He was very professional, He completed the service, and the activity on the nest at the front porch is gone. Highly recommend them.

Took two trips, the second was a "free follow-up". All taken care of now.

The gentleman from Chem-Wise was just great. He was prompt, efficient, wore shoe covers in the house and answered all of my questions. The chemicals used were low odor, and our problem was eliminated. We will be using Chem-Wise every year, and we are also going to use them for a wasp problem that has developed around our deck and front porch.
