Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

I've been using them for a few years now. They do scheduled pest maintenance. What they do is if they do a treatment if in between treatments you find a problem they will come out and address that problem with no charges as long as you are on the yearly trimester plan.

Sent pictures of some carpenter ants that had taken up residence in my basement. I made the common mistake of thinking they were termites. Their professional staff member analyzed the photos and diagnosed the situation over the phone. Rather than taking my money and attempting to sell me a menu of unnecessary services, she counseled me to hold off on treatment, suggesting the handful of ants I encountered were a byproduct of our rainy summer. So, I didn't need to hire Chem-Wise, but they will be the only people I will call or recommend in the future. Just a refreshing combination of expertise, honesty, and professionalism. Can't recommend them highly enough.

It went fine. I saw the person leaving when I was coming home. We did not speak.

Everyone was very nice and professional. However, the technician left with a sample of a little beetle that I've been finding inside my house and was supposed to get back to me about what it was and what would be needed to eradicate it. I never heard back from the company. Additionally, I paid $176 for this service 'deal' and about a week later the same exact service was being offered for a $99 deal. This didn't seem fair to me but I didn't say anything about it after the fact.

I had been seeing lots of bees around my house. Had used this company before. They always arrive on time and do a good job. I like that they have a one year guarantee and will return if I see a bee or wasp nest.

Service was performed on one of my available days. There was a bit of confusion whether the application was delayed due to heavy rain, but Nichole and Allen in customer service were extremely helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

Although they just sprayed while raining, I know that if I see bees, they will return to spray again.
