His findings were negative - we had no bed bugs. We really appreciated his suggestion to buy (relatively inexpensive) mattress covers as a future deterrent. Note: in providing this review, we are assuming A is superb and F is failure. This review request did not define.

It went well. I have not had much work of this kind ever so I was a bit shocked at the price but it worked and the response from the company was practically instant.

The person who was supposed to perform the service arrived over 2.5 hours late. They were scheduled to be at my house at 9 am. By 10 am I had to call them only to find out the person was delayed at another job and was supposedly on his way. another 1.5 hours later he finally arrived. The person was professional and apologized for his tardiness, and immediately got started. The service was done well and quickly, which was appreciated. I completely understand if a job runs longer than expected, but you need to contact the next person waiting. I sat around for 2.5 hours waiting and wondering if my appointment was blown off. The person did a good job overall though.

A mix. They did aerate the lawn fine. But at no point did they contact me in advance or schedule the task. I cannot tell if they indeed overseeded the lawn as I was not home to observe nor can I see seed in the lawn. It was my expectation that they would do the service at a mutually agreed upon time.

I wasn't home when they came but the first thing I noticed was that they put my garbage cans away. this was a sign of service.

Went seamlessly. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to call them or if they would call me, but within a couple of days of purchasing the service on Angie's List, I was contacted by email from Chem-Wise with a scheduled week that the service would be done (about 2 weeks out.) The technician showed up on Tuesday of the scheduled week and took about an hour to thoroughly aerate and reseed the lawn. (In other words, he didn't rush it.) He used a powered seed spreader which seemed to give good coverage with plenty of seed. I looked over the lawn after he finished and he got every spot aerated and seeded. And he didn't damage my drainage systems with the aerating machine (like my regular landscapers have done in the past!) He left a pamphlet with lawn care information explaining (among other lawn-related topics) how often to water after seeding to get the best results. So basically everything went as smoothly as possible. I would use them again, possibly even for additional services next year. (My regular landscaper is on thin ice now, ha ha!)

I have been a Chem-Wise customer for 4+ years, and can’t say enough good things about their work, and how they value their customers. They go above and beyond the call of duty to address concerns and provide information. I have especially appreciated the diligence of their technicians. One example is Mark who has been to our place a number of times over the years, and does a stellar job (the fact that Chem-Wise is able to retain talented folks like Mark says a lot about the organization). The bottom line is that I have found these guys to be knowledgeable about what they do, determined to solve challenging problems, and responsible in their treatment practices. I highly recommend them.

excellent service, met all commitments, explained process thoroughly

Fine I guess. They came back once after it was washed out. Gentlemen spraying was cool. Women on the phone was not so much. Told me she was using my "freebie" for the season. Got conflicting info. Guy said no prob. Lady gave me grief.

Tecnician was prompt, courteous, explained everything clearly & thoroughly. I only had 1/3 annual treatments, but very satisfied so far.

Chem-Wise has done a nice job for me for the past few years. When neighbors who have had multiple similar treatments done by other companies complain of bee and wasp problems still, I usually am not having any problems with them returning to my house.

It needed a second treatment. Front yard is 100 % better. Back yard has fewer ants than before . I used them last year and will hire again if problem persists.

They didn't respond to schedule the requested service.

It turned out fine. I see a wasp every once in a while, but for the most part the problem has cleared up. Everything was cool. They resolved my issue. They were very punctual with setting up an appointment. They came out pretty urgently, pretty much right away and they fixed my issue.
