American Star replaced the aging and ailing furnace at our new home. They did an expert job of reviewing our homes needs, listening to our concerns of uneven heating and recommended a system that has exceeded our expectations. The customer service has been excellent, pricing came in below our expectations, and the installation left our utility area looking better than they found it. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend American Star for any of your heating and air needs and have trusted them for years.

Chuck was extremely efficient in completing my yearly furnace check. He also took the time to explain certain details of using/setting the thermostat which I had forgotten.

On Sunday evening, Adam responded promptly to the voice mail I left, requesting an inspection and cleaning for Monday morning. He called the office and had them call me first thing on Monday morning. Adam was at my house by 10:30 a.m., Monday morning, and completed the job, thoroughly, by noon. I will hire him again for maintenance on my new home.

Great job. Al came over and listened to my needs did a load calculation and presented me with 3 fair options for new AC and Furnace. Helped with financing too. The installation wasn't the easiest and took two days and the guys worked their butts off. Did great work. You can really tell they know what they are doing. The new system is super quiet and works great and i couldn't be happier.

They did a nice job and took the time to show me the upgraded thermostat functions. Very happy so far. Too cold to test ac but they said to call them in the spring to complete.

Very thorough. Adam C explained questions I also had about water heater. Went over prices, differences in size, warranty, packages. He conducted a very thorough evaluation of my furnace, replaced the filter I had purchased, replaced batteries in thermostat. Very polite and business-like.
