Description of Work: We had a roof done and after there was a leak Adavnce Roofing came out and advised us the leak was from a corroded chimney. They graciously came out to repair the leak by removong the corroded chimney and boared up the area because we thought it was a nonfunctional accessory from an old stove. We did did not know the water heater was vented through the same pipe. The chimney was removed and then there was no venting for the water heater gas to exit. Not knowing this ourselves, we found out after an inspection by another company how dangerous this situation was. To Advance Roofing credit, they did not know this either . They have wrote to us several times that we instructed them to board up the area regardless. We never knew that the water heater was vented through the same roof access. The plumbing company we asked to bid on the work to vent the gas out of the building suggested we contact the viilage because they thought this was a inexcusable danger. I did contact Advance Roofing and have been told this is my responsibility, they do not know better. Not having gone up to the attic to find out why water was raining into the ceiling, we trusted Advane Roofing to diagnose the problem. A corroded chimney. Okay get rid of it, is the solution that was suggested. We are not trying to cause a situation, but how is it no one from Advance Roofing saw the danger of the pipe connection from the water heater venting into the attic would be a problem? I hope the pictures will show how negligent this was. How sad that we did not even given an " oops, we made an error". Just an acknowledgment would have helped.

Description of Work: We were very happy with the new roof they did for us. They cleaned everything up when done and even had the dumpster taken away the same day ,because our 2 year old truck was out of the garage and bad storms were predicted that night. Very nice of them to do that.

Description of Work: They installed a new roof quickly and professionally. I'd been looking for a good roofer and these guys are them. Pulled off the old roof, used their own trash hauler, installed the new roof and cleaned up. Great job.

Description of Work: Full roof installation. It went very well, we had to wait until the weather accommodated the install and the rep I was working with was excellent at keeping me up-to-date.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and finished in one day. Weather got a little bad but they worked through it. No surprises. Took pictures of boards they replaced. They did such a good job I had them come back and do our gutters afterwards. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Called on Friday, scheduled a 9:00am service call for Saturday to repair a damaged section of shingles. Said he would call at 8:30 before he made his way out. Ended up being a no show and no call.

Description of Work: Complete tear-off and installation of new roof. Finished in one day with a team of 5 roofers. Very professional. Cleaned up very well. They more than met my expectations. Manager John was very knowledgeable and responsive. Would highly recommended Advanced Roofing Team to anyone!

Description of Work: Inspection for possible leak around the chimney. |Caulking done but was wisely informed that it was the new siding that was not sealed properly. Was also told I needed new seals around 3 ventilation pipes that come out of the roof. I'm waiting til spring to have that work done.

Description of Work: My roof needed to be torn down and replaced. Mark was a delight to work with. He responded quickly to all my calls, was very patient answering all my questions thoroughly so that I understood. His price was good and there were no surprise costs at the end of the job. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his crew. It took one day and they put on a new roof and completely cleaned the area. In fact, they did three roofs in our complex that day. You couldn't even tell they were here as they cleaned everything up and vacuumed for nails more than once. They were very neat and even covered my flower box so that the plants wouldn't be damaged. I will recommend them to my family and friends because I was so pleased. Did I mention the cost was also very reasonable. They do have references in the area you can call and now I am one of them.
