We're a General Contracting Company that specializes in exterior residential and commercial improvement and restoration. Randy Toye and Eric Toye are two brothers born and raised with Midwest values that are forged by hard work, honesty, and integrity. Both are idealists who believe that by investing time in your local community, they will invest in you. Randy Toye quit his job at a prestigious Aerospace Company to make his hobby his profession. Eric Toye is currently owner/operator along with his wife for one of the fastest growing small businesses in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin (anabelscleaning.com). Randy and Eric knew they could make a difference by creating a General Contracting Company that exemplifies what Toye Contracting calls the “4 Pillars of Excellence”; Quality craftsmanship, Unparalleled customer care, timely responsiveness 24/7, and Integrity. What was a dream between two brothers is now a reality. WHY WE DO IT: Toye Contracting began with two brothers and a belief that if you are not making someone else’s life better you’re wasting your time. They put on a faulty ridge vent which led to water damage in my home. They lied aboyt it and tried to claim it was our insulation causing condensation then turned around and said they would fix it after getting a second opinion. Since then they have ignored all of our calls and havent heard from them in months.

Toye Contracting is extremely trustworthy and provides quality work. Would definitely hire them again!
Description of Work: Received storm/wind damage to my chimney. Randy came out immediately, assessed the damage, and fixed it right away. They even cleaned out a birds nest and other debris in my gutter/downspouts that I was unaware of.
