+ -1 moreI called for an appointment on Monday 6/13, and because we were having some plumbing work done that was urgent that required the septic tank to be empty, I was given an appointment for the next day, today. I was given an 11:00 appointment, and they were here right at 11. The job was completed promptly and no problems. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness, promptness, and professionalism. Very friendly people! I would use their services again.

+ -1 moreI contacted the company several times over about 3 weeks trying to schedule a pumping. Was told they would come on a Monday unless it was too cold, but they would call and let me know. Never received a call. I called back on Wednesday and set up appointment for Friday at 12. Never showed up or called. Waited a few days into the next week, never received a call to reschedule. Called Orville Quante and received same day service.

+ -1 moreWe went to the property and waited but the service person never showed up. I did not receive a call telling me they were not going to make the appointment. The following Monday I called their office, the gentleman said he would check into what happened to the service person and call me back by noon that day. I never received that call back with an explanation or to reschedule our appointment. I then had to scramble to get another company to come out so we could meet our deadline. I called a competitor, they showed up right away and performed the service.
Description of Work: We made an appointment to have our Septic System evaluated for a new home we were purchasing. We had only 10 days to have all the inspections done before closing.

+ -1 moreOverall I would rate the workmanship, promptness, price as excellent. I feel like there is hope after all nothing worse than having a plumbing problem. I was not afraid to tip him because I was amazed at the price and so thankful he came out on Saturday. I always felt as a women, you can get taken advantage of but he restored my faith. Thank you Tim
Description of Work: I went to Angie's list to look up who is recommended because I never needed any type of pluming before. Jaenecke Sanitary came up and I called. The man answered the phone and I told him I had water coming up through the floor drain in the basement and it had an odor. On the phone he sounded old and told me he could be to my home in an hour and this was today on a Saturday. I was in a panic state because we just put down new carpet and furniture and I knew I could not move it. I was mopping up the water and the front door bell rang and sure enough Jaenecke's was at my service. He pumped the tank and even had to fix the baffle I was so thankful and happy. I asked for his name (Tim Collins) he is a local, he was a very nice young man and he really was not old he just sounded old because he was ill. I am so thankful for his prompts service and that nothing got ruined. Great company and great service.....highly recommended.

+ -1 moreWe had never had any septic work done for the 23 years we have lived here. He said it was in great shape for something that had never been pumped out. The price was great. The septic is 1000 feet from the house. I took out a lot of trees for them to get to it. Most of the feel lines are in an open field.
