I had new wood flooring, they still have to come and do around door ways. ( holes all around them.) I had them put 7 new windows on my front porch, one cracked, and he will not even answer my messages. I contacted climate guard windows. where he bought them and they said,that if he does not pick up the piece of glass that is under warranty, they would have to charge ($250.00 Travel time) to come and fix the window that cracked on the front porch. Fabio gave me a written warranty, which he is not honoring. My water heater has been leaking from the day he put it in ( and not the one we ordered) he has yet to come and fix it. The new cupboards and the microwave he put over my stove is to high I can not hardly reach them. The new counters he put in are not finished. We had 3 new windows put in the our garage, he was to put the same size and he put smaller ones in and 2x4'd around them to fill in the space because of the smaller windows. We also had our house and garage sided. we have had 2 piece of siding fall off. We had an attorney send him 2 letters, but he will not answer her. So my next step is the Attorney Generals Office and lawsuit. Fabio said I would have to pay $280.00 more for him to put some part on the top of the water heater to have it work right, but the company said they think it is the control valve for turn it up. Chuck tested the water heater and help order the part. But if Fabio Mendes does not come and fix it like he was suppose to it will cost me $30.00 hr. to have it fix. This does not include all the flooring we bought 850 sq ft are house is 744 sq ft. We bought the paint and I help doe some of the painting, My husband and I took old tiles down and sanded it and filled all holes and sanded. We took all curtains and hooks down. Move most of the furnisher.. We all so bought other items need to be put in or repaired. It was to take 7-10 days, but he kept going to other jobs we never knew from one day to the next if they were coming, all in all it took about 2 Months.
