All the projects went well and I was especially pleased with the ability to reasonably negotiate the price. I can fairly say that he did not take advantage of me and I appreciate honest business.

Everything went really well. Had multiple contact with Rob before he came to do the job and all questions were answered quickly. Came to look at the work that needed to be done the next day after I had called him. Would definitely use him again.

I called Rob to arrange for him to come and install a ceiling fan. He returned my call promptly. He gave me a date and time when he could do the job. He called me on the day of the job to confirm the time. He arrived on time and was very professional. He worked upstairs in 94 degree heat for over an hour. He had to go into a storage wall of the attic to connect the wires. The area was packed with junk. I offered to take the junk out so he could get in there to connect the wires. He said, "No, I'll take care of that." After finishing the job, he cleaned up the area where he had been working. Believe me, calling to confirm the time, arriving on time, friendly and professional, and cleaning up after the job -- that's unheard of, these days. It rarely happens with other service people. I will use Warkins Electric again and I will refer him to my friends.

It went great. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and setting up a convenient time. We were on a time crunch since we wanted the work done before our moving truck arrived from Kentucky. He was able to accommodate that. He also gave us a good recommendation of someone to do another service for us. He was very helpful and we will call again in the future if we need another electrician.

He was courteous and pleasant. I felt as though he knows his craft and would use him for electrical work in the future.

My first contact with them was in the winter. The day he was supposed to come there was a blizzard. I notified them first thing in the morning that my driveway was impassable and that I didn't know when the snow plow was coming. Communication with them was difficult from that point on. They didn't get back to me when they said they would, and he went on vacation in the midst of it all. Several months passed f.rom the time I first called, until I finally got my generator fixed. I had originally purchased his services as an Angies List Big Deal for $99. During the time I was waiting for him to get to me, he dropped the price of his service to $79. I was still held to the same price, plus, he brought an extra worker. I ended up paying more than twice the cost of the Angies List Deal. Today (7/13/2015), I awoke to a power outage, and my backup generator wasn't working. I decided to give Warkins a call. I figured that they had already looked at my generator once and fixed the problem, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. I called at 7:00am. He told me he'd check his schedule and get right back to me. It's been 4-1/2 hours, and still no word from Warkins. I'm going to call another electrician.

Very responsive! Rob was able to come to my home within about an hour of my phone call to him. Quickly replaced the outlet. It was a simple job. He gave me a few choices for the fixtures. I chose not to proceed right now on them.

Rob was prompt and professional. I had bought the coupon for one hour of electrical service and he fixed everything in under an hour. He even ran to Menards to get a part that he needed. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again when I need electrical work done.

Arrived on time. Was thorough in his assessment. Resolved issue and explained the issue and indicated that there were no safety concerns. Took the time to talk with me about the issue. Was pleasant and very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Rob again (actually will be doing more work for us in May!).

Rob was fantastic. When I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time, He'd already looked over the main job that he was there to do (hooking up the mains on the outside) and was ready to go. We talked for a couple of minutes, he was on the ladder by the start of the hour, and had that job done in 15 minutes. The ground wire was too short and he was concerned about it, but he was able to get it to work. Then he came inside, I showed him all the little stuff that needed to be done, and then he did it -- all of it! He then gave me a fixed bid on the next job, gave me an invoice for the materials that he used (all of which was expected), I paid him, and we were off to the next job. A real pleasure to work with a professional like this who knows his business and gets the job done.

Rob came back to adjust existing heating cables he installed for us last year. In addition, he added more cables to the roof. He also installed two outdoor lights for us. He came on a Saturday which was very much appreciated and was responsive to my husband's suggestions of where to place the heating cables. He was punctual and got the job done quickly. He is professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to hire him again for other electrical work.

Scheduling was easy. On the day of the appointment, Rob called and asked if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule which was no problem. He arrived 45 minutes later. Rob diagnosed the problem and had the outlets repaired quickly. Verified the GFCI was working properly. Recommend to anybody needing some electrical issues resolved.

I had a bathroom light fixture that stopped working. Rob came out right away, quickly identified and fixed the problem. While he was here he replaced another faulty light switch and the light fixture on my deck. I couldn't be happier.
