Met with Rob for Estimate a while back. a few weeks went by before I accepted his bid very personable person coordinated by phone for repair, upgrade date every thing went smooth and done in less than a day very happy with the work yes I would definitely use his service again

All work was completed efficiently in one hour as promised. Rob performed his repairs with professional skill and courtesy. I also asked him to look at another wiring issue that was not on the planned work schedule and he was helpful in taking time to diagnose the problem and suggest solutions. I would absolutely recommend Rob to anyone else who has household electrical projects and issues that you need to have fixed or installed right the first time.

Multiple power surges within a 4 hour period fried multiple things in the house including the furnace, garage door opener and washer/dryer. The power came back on but there were problems. There were sparks in the breaker box when breakers were flipped off & back on. Also, lights would dim and brighten whenever there was a draw on the electric. I was sure I'd need a whole new box. Rob determined that it was only the main breaker and the two lines going out thru the wall to the meter. Parts were ordered and installed. There was still some dimming after the installation. Rob had ComEd come out to check the neutral lines outside. The neutral lines were found to be corroded. ComEd replaced those. All problems solved. No more sparking in the breaker box (Whew!) and lights no longer go dim (Yeah!). Rob was very helpful and patient with all my questions. If he was unable to answer the phone, he always called back. Yes, I'd call him again. Thank you, Rob!

I was very pleased with the work done. Rob fixed my initial problem on the first visit, then started work on another problem since there was still time left. He ran into a few challenges on that job due to some 'interesting' wiring in my house, but he was determined to get it fixed. When he came back the next time, he was able to get it fixed quickly and also installed an exterior light. He was right on time and got right to work each time he was at my house, and was very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you!

Came out on time and replaced my old wore out Fuse Box with a new Circuit breaker box. He was on time; was done in very timely manner; was very polite. And also cleaned up when he was done. Overall; 5 STARS experience with using Warkins Electric. I will use them again this summer for a new Ceiling fan and modernize my old electrical outlets. I highly recommend his services for all Electrical work. 5 STARS!

Rob contacted me through Angie's list almost immediately after I purchased his deal. He was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but called and asked if he could come earlier. I was more than happy to have him come earlier. He did the work in a short time and we discussed another project. He was very prompt, courteous and professional.

He rewired the 220 and problem solved.

Very nice, easy to talk to and professional. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them. Being a relatively new homeowner, new to all aspects of home maintenance and remodeling, I had a lot of questions about possible future electrical jobs and costs. As well as questions about "quirky" little electrical issues. He did a thorough job answering all of them. He was on time and left no mess behind. A pleasure to do business with!

Our outdoor lights are on a time and had been on sporadically. He was very professional. Knew exactly what was going on by what I was telling him, diagnosed and fixed the problem within a very short period of time. Would definitely use him again.

It started out well with Rob coming out the same day I called him to give me an inspection. He recommended that I install fire alarms and various other things. He told me he would send me a quote within a few days. after not receiving it, I texted him and he said he would send it right out.. We agreed on the price, but because of his schedule he told me that he would contact me in two weeks to do the work. That was back in August 2015 and here it is December 2015 and still no call. I thought Rob was a nice guy, but I'm disappointed that I wasn't enough of a priority for him..

Returned call the same day we left a message and came the next morning on time and job was done quickly.

Came out quickly. Very professional! It is a tricky project and he told me the truth about the outcome.

Of course my lights were not co-operating while he was here, I was having issues with a switch tripping previously and all the lights stayed on while he was here. He gave me a few possible reasons as to why it had flipped it a switch and what to look for and try to narrow down the issue to which light may be causing the issue and asked that I call/text if it happens again. I have several rooms on the same switch. I have booked another appt with him to look into a few other maintenance issues I need looked at/corrected. Thank you Rob for coming this morning.

It took him some extensive searching to figure out the problem and it wasn't helpful that it's not possible to access under my porch. In the end he fixed the problem and now 3 of my 4 porch lights work! Very happy!

I would hire him again in a flash. See above. Mr. Robert was sincere & went thru everything I asked;, now I feel very reassured that there would not be any electrical fires at my house. Because I don't know anything regarding electricity-I do have a healthy fear of electrical shortages and he did his best to make sure all my questions were answered.

I found Rob right here on Angie's list. I set up a date for him to come out and walk through all the projects I needed done. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Rob, I knew he was the guy. He shared some suggestions and concerns that I never would have thought about. Within only a few days he emailed me a quote of each project we had talked about. I had to wait a month or so before I could schedule anything, but when I reached out to him to set up the first projects, he emailed me back quickly and we were able to set up a date time time with ease. He said he would be here at 0830hrs, and he showed up right at 0830. For me, that is how I want it. I don't like being surprised by service persons arriving 20 minutes later, and worse 20 minutes late. He performed the work quickly and it all turned out better than I expected. Within in the next year, I have about $2,000 in electrical work I need done, and Rob will get each dollar because he earned my trust and respect. From here on out, I will only allow my family to use Rob for their electrical needs. On top of all the other great things, Rob is a very easy person to talk too. He is just another guy if you will. I've dealt with servicemen come in and they act like they don't have time for you, but Rob treats you like you are his good friend. I could go on and on and on, but there is no need. Rob is hands down the best choice you can make for your electrical needs! Thanks Rob, I look forward to the next set of projects!

Great! We have very high ceilings which were not a problem for the electrician. He was very patient as we figured out the best height to hang each pendant. He's a problem solver with a can-do work ethic. I trust him to do any job well.

The circuit breaker kept switching off. Rob suspected moisture, as this happened after a heavy rain. I asked him to replace the outlets on the back wall, since they were as old as the house. The power is restored to my washer, dryer and security system. Rob was very professional and quick. He took the time to explain to how this happened, and what I could do if it happens again.

I called Rob and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. After explaining that I lost power in half my house, Rob stated would be out within the hour. Rob was very prompt and even on a Saturday. He diagonosed the problem within a few minutes and said it was a ComEd problem. Rob called ComEd and reported the problem. ComEd followed up with a visit within an hour as well. Even though Rob spent a few minutes with the diagnosis, he took the time to speak with me about the upcoming sale of my house and some other issues I had. I appreciated his suggestions and will take his advice. I will post his company on my Facebook page so all my friends know about this reputable electrician.
