They were very good. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, discussed which branches should come down, and cleaned up well afterwards. Everyone there was great to work with and I plan on using them again to replace the pear tree.

On time...very professional...neat and tidy. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went according to plan. Will update later this year after Birch has had a chance to revitalize itself from the treatment.

They called and arranged to come two days early due to predicted rain on proposed date. Excellent, large careful crew of tree trimmers with lots of trucks and equipment. Did a great job and cleaned everything up really well.

Transplant weeping blue spruce to back corner of house, went very well. The crew showed up on time with the proper equipment for the job. They dug up the tree, used a bobcat to lift the huge root ball, carried it around to the backyard, dug a new hole and placed the tree in the hole the way I asked them to. Transplant (3) spirea to area near utility boxes, this one was a little more confusing. Instead of more (3) spirea bushes, they moved (2) and a different one and left one of the spireas'. When my wife got home, she mentioned that the wrong bush had been moved. I contacted the company the next day and they sent several workers to correct the issue.

Committed to calling me back to set up appointment and did not do it. Did not want to cover Dekalb area as advertised.

I didn't have to be there for the service. They came out and got it done. No hassle, no fuss. sent me a bill. The did a great job and everything was ready for me to plant some new flowers.

The crew arrived early and went right to work. I had a tree in the back of my property that was behind my shed and intertwined with power lines and the such. They went right to work and had the tree down in a few hours. then they trimmed two branches off a tree that was leaning toward the house. The guys worked really hard and they worked as a crew or team. Very professional and polite. My two problems I have with them is scheduling was a problem since they were busy I had to wait almost a month for them to come and do the work. The other problem is they left the area a mess. I asked for them to leave a few pieces for firewood, and they did but did not pick up the pieces and put them where I wanted them. I would use them again they were excellent, and I will just remind them to pick up the area a little more. They did not leave any branches or stuff like that, just the firewood was left there. I would definitely use them again in the future. They did a good job, and my 2 complaints are really nothing that would stop me from using them again. But, before they leave, I will check the site to make sure everything is done

Work was done within 4-5 hours. The guys were very polite, answered all of my questions and were conscientious in making sure all material and waste was removed from the yard when the job was completed. My landscaping no longer hides my home! I love the colors of the new plants!! Love their plant guarantee. John came out and checked the plants in the early spring. Due to the harsh winter we had, we lost two of the plants. They were replaced and installed without question.

I found them on Angie's List and they did wonderful job. I got an Angie's List discount for this service. Let me tell you, they did a fantastic job. It was quick, easy, the bill got paid and everything turned out really well. They were very professional and I would use them again. Another company did not call me back and I called them two or three times. I used them for services last year or a couple of years ago. I called them again and they put me off. They came out when they said they would and had good communication back and forth when I sent them a message. That is definitely my pick when it comes to tree people. I will be using him for other stuff, too.

I called this company to get a quote on planting some bare root trees. The lady that answered the phone said that someone would be out on Friday. I got off work to meet them and they didn't show up. When I called I was told that they guy had gone out of town and they asked if they could reschedule. I said they could and then they asked me again what I needed done. I told them that I needed 3 bare root trees planted. The lady I was talking to on the phone said that she didn't think they did that but she would have someone call me back the next week. I'm still waiting for a phone call. I left 2 other messages for them and still didn't get a call back.. Very disappointing.

I was very surprised. They were scheduled to come out on 04/03/14 and they came out 2 days earlier!

I was impressed. They completely removed a large tree and ground the stump in a morning. They also cleaned up my yard afterwards.

It did not go well. My mother won't hire a service provider who doesn't listen to her and won't provide the services she wants, while providing services she doesn't want.

The crew showed up 5 mins. early - they cut down several large tree limbs over my house - street and driveway. They also removed two large lilac bushes in backlot. They chipped all brush and limbs from the trees and bushes - they cleaned up after and left no mess. These men were true professionals and were very polite - they also kept my wife entertained and she loved them. I would use this company again and suggest them to anyone.

Can't say enough about the service I received from Tree Care. Stayed home from work out of curiosity to see how the were going to cut the 65 foot tree down. They took care of calling Com-Ed to diconnect power line. They brought in bucket truck, and cut down tree in close quarters wedged in between 2 sides of my house a deck and a privacy fence. They did it with no damage and made it look effortless. They trimmed my other 5 trees, and cleaned up so well, you couldn't tell they had even been there!

Very well. The appointment was set and agreed upon, they arrived exactly (!) on time and they were finished in less than 3 hours. Clean up was good and the results are excellent. I noticed the next day that there was a small area that they missed during their initial visit. I called the office, informed them of the issue and they sent someone out that afternoon to complete the work. Excellent response and customer service.

Over all, I would recommend them to everyone

They were very professional. They had a good price, and they did what they said they were going to do. They did a very good job. They were very friendly. There were 2 Arborists on the crew, and knew what they were doing. I had a lot of work done, and I would use them again.

They did excellent work. We had a storm last year that wiped out our back tree line. They did a clean up and trimmed the remaining trees throughout the yard, they did a wonderful job. Their staff includes a botanist and people with the expertise in the area who really know trees. They did a walk around assessment in our yard, told us what was dead, alive and could be saved.
