+ 2 moreVery expensive. Would not work with us to get a less expensive package as our business slowed down. That puts a strain on the money flow each month. We signed a contract without having a lawyer look at it which locked us in at a very high price. Internet was not fast. Ended up having to pay for Comcast also to be able to operate efficiently. Now in the past 3 months our phone service has been very spotty and had the phones down for a week in July! Explore all options before going with TDS and don't sign a long term contract.
Description of Work: Have has TDS phones and internet for 10 years.

+ -1 moreTDS has a monopoly in some of their areas and will continue to raise your bill until you cannot afford it. Spectrum is now in my area and will now pay $ 47.58 for internet that is over twice as fast as TDS.
Description of Work: TDS offers high speed internet at $ 39.95 for the first year. But after that it goes to $ 88.00 per month. I have all the facts and bills to prove it. If you are even 1 day late on paying your bill, there is a $ 25.00 reconnect fee. I have all the documentation to prove this.
