 + 0 morePoorly. Stateline recently purchased property management accounts from 5 Points Property Management (Which is terrible). They have informed me that they purchased the accounts, but not the liabilities associated with them. For example, If 5 Points owes your account $, that is your problem, not theirs. They have made promises to recoup funds, but haven't came through. They frequently don't return calls for days...or until you call them again a week or so later.
