Description of Work: Took almost a year to get them to come out and do the job. But they were the cheapest and they did a good job when they finally got here.

Description of Work: Bob Spain and his workers were awesome! They did a great job, quickly and with no surprises. We had a failing septic field which needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Spain Construction!

Description of Work: Bob and his men worked hard replacing a pump for my septic, ran into trouble with wires, they work hard in the heat and did a great job. I would his them again and tell anyone who needed work to call them.

 + 0 moreThe job went well from start to finish. I had a leaking faucet in my laundry sink for years,Bob one day after work gave me the broken faucet and said he replaced it. That was so nice! He went the extra mile that says alot!
Description of Work: My Husband and I hired Bob owner of Spain Construction to put in a new septic system in our yard. They had to dig a hole for the new septic and drain lines. install new pump in basement and electrical wiring. He did a wonderful job, very friendly and always kept me informed on what was going on. His employees work really hard. We our very happy with him and his crew!
