About us

A family owned and operated company, Smyth Service Company is a Service company dealing with the remodeling, repair, or upkeep of your home or business. We do not offer financing, and require deposits to begin work. General estimates are free, and in writing. Work extras, extra work that is found to be needed after the job begins, will be documented and approved by the Company and Customer before extras are included in the job. Cash or Check drawn on a local bank is required.

Services we don't offer

While we would LOVE to do it all, we will not be able to do large additions and remodeling projects as fast as larger companies can. We will tell you right away if the job is too large for us, and give you the contact information of quality companies who might do the job better than us. I would rather give a job away than have it be too big to finish.
