Description of Work: I purchased refrigerator, washer and dryer for new home. Getting them delivered and working was the worst experience I have ever had. I finally went to the store and would not leave the department until the manager talked to me. Still the follow through was absolutely horrible. Would not ever go there again for anything.

Description of Work: We had sears out 5 times since feb 28th to repair their own kenmore washing machine that is only 6 yrs old and cost 1500$ new. 2/28....had to order parts 3//9....came to house, but wrong parts were mailed out 3/16....finally fixed, but used it next day and still not working 3/29.... Came and "tightened things up" and "reseeded stuff" 4/6.....well, maybe we repaired the wrong part , lets try ordering a motor control unit 4//19....customer called that part hadn't been delivered, and next repair appt was 4/20......come to find out that the part they ordered doesn't even exist anymore, no one even called to tell us! Missed work and endless Saturday mornings and afternoons waiting for repairmen that couldn't fix a thing, and, a 6 yr old washer fixed 3 times to no avail. And a repair dept that doesn't know how to fix its own parts Stay way from sears!!!!!

Description of Work: I bought a lawnmower, a snow blower, a washer and dryer. Within the first year, I had to have repairs on three of them. Then two needed repairs but they were out of warranty.

Description of Work: I am so disappointed with my latest service request from Sears. I needed a part for my dishwasher to hold the upper rack to the track. I talked to no less than 8 people and NO one got it right. When I call for service, or anything for that matter, I want to speak to someone in the United States that knows how to speak ENGLISH! I was sent the incorrect part THREE times although I explained over and over what I needed. After about a week of going back and forth I finally had an appointment for the service tech to fix the dishwasher but he night before he was to come I was told the part was on back order and unavailable for 3 weeks. So the appointment was cancelled. The day of the appointment, an hour before my tech would have been there to install it, I went to my mail and low and behold the right part was there. This is the part I was told was unavailable!! But....now I had no service tech to install it! So I Googled it and found on ManageMyLife.com the instructions how to do it myself and that's just what I did!
