Rock River Pest Control LLC

During a warm spell last winter we were having problems with small ants in our kitchen and family room area. I can't remember who told us, but we were referred to Brandon at Rock River Pest Control. Brandon showed up on time. Was very professional. He educated us on our current situation and some others from the past that we described to him. He treated for the ants one time and didn't try to sell on a series of treatments. He said one treatment should work but to call him in the summer if the ants reappeared. Thankfully, we've had no issues since then.

My yard was attacked by Cicada Killers but I had no idea what they were. They looked like prehistoric yellow Jackets and they looked scary. All I knew was that I wanted them gone and I did not want to have to mess with them. I called several pest control services in the area and was not able to directly reach anyone as it was the weekend. Then I got a hold of Rock River Pest Control and they said they could send someone out right away. They did and I have not seen the killer bugs since. Not only were they prompt, professional and reachable but they went above and beyond the call of duty. The gentlemen not only sprayed the problem area but he noticed another problem I was having with carpenter ants so he took it upon himself to spray the rest of the property for no extra charge. I am not used to getting that kind of service so I thought the least I could do was write a positive review. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly and professional and most of all it fixed my problem in no time flat.
