+ -1 moreWONDERFUL, the carpet was very clean, smelled great and he even used a tool that looked like a rake to bring the nap of the carpet up.
Description of Work: Jeff is always punctual and very professional. He can revive carpet that looks like it should be replaced. He makes a point of pretreating spots that I have worked on to get clean and he can get them out! He does only high traffic areas if that is what I need or he will move furniture and do the whole room.

+ -1 moreJeff asks how many areas I want cleaned, then measures it and tells me the cost. He was done in 35 minutes and the carpet looks fabulous.
Description of Work: Jeff is punctual and very accomodating to meeting schedule times. His truck carries his equipment and he cleans the carpet and then "combs" it. It smells clean and looks brand new.
