I had four estimates and of the four companies, Sergio was the one that all four of us unanimously agreed upon. He was always punctual and if he said he would be there, he was there. They did start a few weeks later than we had initially anticipated, but that was due in fact to the weather. Very hot and then also very rainy weeks. Once they started boy did they work. The actual roof was complete in like two to two and a half days, then we waited a few more days (weather and supplies) for the gutters and leaf guards. The service his team provided bodes well for his business. When we compared this company to some of the other roofing estimates, Sergio put down six nails per shingle...he provided me with a copy of 'us' being added to their insurance while the work was being done....he used our name specific Grace Ice and Water Shield. (one of the other companies had specified four nails!....I sure would hate to be there when the wind blew on that roof) His team did a terrific job and we are so pleased.

They came a week after they said they would but that did not cause us any problems. Not a complaint. All in all an excellent experience and I would have no problem whatsoever recommending them.

Sergio went over entire process during the estimate . All roof work was completed in 1 day . A few days later the gutter sub contractor ( Bulldog Gutters ) removed the old gutters and installed new ones . We are very happy with our decision and will recommend Premeir to friends and family .

Had Sergio meet me at a house that I am planning to buy to look at roof's condition and get an estimate if it needing replacing. Also, to find out if roof had adequate roof and soffit venting and get a quote for venting bathroom vents that did not vent out to exterior. Sergio arrived on time. Inspected the roof and said it was in alright shape and had another 10 years of life in it. He said it did require more venting om upper portion of roof but soffit venting was adaquate. He said he did not do work with venting bathroom vents. He would give me a quote for additional venting. I gave him my e-mail address and he said he would send me a formal quote. I waited a few days and nothing. Called and asked and he said he would send it that day. Nothing. Hence the F for responsiveness. The A for punctuality is for arriving on time initially.

The owner's name is Sergio Hernandez. He was really good. His estimate was the lowest that I had received. He did an excellent job. He didn't stop the job until it was finished. He is a busy guy. Once he got on the job then he was focused. He was very professional.
