On time, came quickly, knew the problem immediately, easy fix, no parts required, told me how to do it if it happens again, friendly and competent. Was here for less than half hours but as usual, with all plumbers and heating and air companies these days, had to pay for a minimum service call.

We use them a lot and they do excellent work. Our children also use them and I will use them again in the future.

We have been using them over the years. Our overall experience with them was good especially their responsiveness.

They are great workers and the price came in lower than I expected. I will continue to use them in the future.

Whenever I call them they come right out and solve my problems right away. They always do great work. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were recommended to me by my contractor when I was remodeling.

They didn't charge me too much. I love them. They are very good and very professional.

I found them in the phone book. They did a good job. The pricing was competitive. The quality of work was good. They were punctual and professional.

A technician (Mark) provided an evaluation and estimate to replace the bad section of sewer pipe on 3/7/12. The replacement of the sewer line started around 8 am the next day (3/8/12). Work was completed quickly and installation of the new line appears to have been done well. The old cast iron pipe was hauled away and disposed of by Pearson.

When I called they said they could not come until the middle of the afternoon. Service tech called about 30 minutes in advance to inform us he was coming and he showed up on time. He came in with special booties which he took off before he went outside and put back on when he came in. Very conscientous. He was very meticulous when sweating pipes together. I was very pleased that we had water back on the weekend. The only part I did not care for was the price. I thought it was a little high, but I paid it because we wanted water service back.

They provided an estimate that was comparable in price to others in the area. The installers arrived on time and completed the job well within the time that was estimated.

This was trly one of the most professionally done services I have ever seen performed. Craig was extremel polite, obviously competent and highly professional. He was on time, disconnected the old heater and drained it. The new heater was delivered and they new guy helped carry the old one out and the new one in with no problems. They said that they would give me a reduced rate if I signed up with them for two years to have them come in to check my air conditioner and my furnace. They are very good and accurate. It was $40.00 that I initially paid. Then every time they come out, it's like $69 for the furnace and the air conditioner. I feel that they are very thorough. There was one guy who was in my basement looking at my furnace for a long time. I asked him as to why it was taking him so long. So, he said that my furnace was rusted and he was seeing if there were any cracks. When he was getting ready to leave, he told me that my furnace is really old and needs to be replaced. So, I told him that it's my brother's home. Then he hoped that I had carbon monoxide unit in the house. If the carbon monoxide unit ever went off, then that would be the time to replace it. I am sure the insurance company would replace it if the carbon monoxide goes off. The people from Pearson are very thorough and good. I am ready to call them again now for the furnace. I have no problems with them whatsoever. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They are kind of expensive. I have always found them to be of high quality. They are very attentive. They are pricey. But if you want high quality work and if you can afford it I recommend Pearson. I am committed to working with them because they do good quality work. If you want to be happy with the work you call them to do it and you don't have to worry about it. You can skimp on a lot of things but plumbing is something you don't want to skimp. I very much appreciate their quality of their work. They are very prompt. I wanted them to install a hot water tank but they were very expensive. I think their price was too high for something I asked to do and I just did not get it done because the price was too high. They are very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

The price included an electronic air cleaner and humidifier. They were great. They talked to us like adults and gave us all the specifications and what they meant. They answered all our questions. They didn't treat us like we should have known all that stuff. They were here on time and cleaned everything up. They explained everything and they generally did a great job. Their price was definitely comparable to anyone else.

They originally scheduled for Monday morning. I called them at noon, they said they would be there in the afternoon. They ended up coming the next day. This was just after new year's holiday with short notice, so I am OK with this, if not pleased. There was some confusion over whether they were to provide an estimate or work for Time and Materials. I ended up just having them work for T and M so as to get the job done. The original tech sent to diagnose the problem wasn't very good. I had to explain exactly why I thought the pipe was leaking under the floor (a $300 gas bill instead of the usual $30 bill because the water heater was running constantly). He thought it was probably bad faucet cartridges. I stepped him through the diagnostic process. It cost me $60 for the service call, to educate the plumber on how to properly diagnose a problem (sarcasm intended). They made 2 false starts on drilling the walls and drilling the cement ceiling for hangers. I assume this cost me money. But I wasn't running the drill so there was probably something in the way a bystander (me) wasn't aware of. Quality of the installation was top-notch. Very neat work, workman like routing and hanging, cleaned up the jobsite when completed. Price seems to me to be somewhat high, 10.5 hours at $100 per hour, and $400 materials. But I don't have comparative estimates. They did install a lot of pipe with a lot of joints, and they did have to drill through 2 solid masonry walls. This takes time. I know they did it much faster than I could have, with a much higher quality soldering and routing job than I could do. So in summary, scheduling was OK, diagnostics were poor, quality of work was very good to excellent (which to me is the most important aspect). They COULD have suggested to my daughter to install pipe insulation, since the 80' of exposed copper pipe made her hot water take a lot longer to arrive-but I don't think I'd want to pay a plumber $100 per hour to install insulation that I installed myself for $20 and a beer.

We've used them for years. They take care of a lot of good things around this old house of ours. We live in a 90-year-old house, which presents some unique problems when it comes to modernizing and providing the kind of equipment, and services we expect today. They do an excellent job of doing that. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive with emergency needs. The cost is reasonable for the level of quality we get.

I would recommend them to others. They are professional and they have some staff who knows what they are doing.

They come out twice a year to check the air conditioner and the furnace to make sure everything is okay. They are very efficient. I think their price is fair. They are definitely responsive.

They took the hutch down to check for a leak and I called to tell that I needed my china cabinet put back together. They sent two guys with their gloves out and they put everything back where it belongs. I thought that was very nice of them because they didn’t charge me or anything. I couldn’t have done it myself and I called a moving company but they would have charged $100. They found the problem with the plumbing that had been ongoing and they fixed it. I was real pleased. The price didn’t blow my socks off but it was fair.

I called Pearson Plumbing about 9:00 AM. They had a licensed plumber here by 1:00 PM to fix two leaky shower faucets. I had been told by others that the walls would need to be opened and the entire assemblies replaced. That would have been very expensive and require multiple contractors. With the right tools and the right skills both were rebuilt to like new condition with NO Drips. No mess and no extra contractors. My spouse was right. I should have quit worrying and called the professional sooner and Pearson Plumbing are true Professionals.

I had to furnish my charge card number before they would even bother to show up. There is a $60 charge just to drive to the house. There is also a $28 charge for every 15 minutes the serviceman is at the job. It looks like there is a minimum of one hour service charge, because the serviceman wasn't there for more than a half hour.

They quite good and I spent a couple of hundred dollars on that work. Their prices are a little on the higher side.

It went very well. They were in and out in a couple of hours, tops. Very nice and efficient. Even wrote my husband a note explaining why he had to miss work for his skeptical boss! haha

Service window was between 8 and noon. He arrive at about 10 and went right to work. Shut off main at street. Took apart connection and found was ok, just needed to be resealed and tightened. Replaced old main shut off valve since it was 25 years old w/ new ball valve. Turned main water back on and checked for leaks. Dry as a bone now. Gave me discount bigger than senoir discount, think one that's in phone book. He also asked ifthere were any other plumbing needs. None at this time.
