They were here on time, and they weren’t here long. They kept the systems for the winter. The gentleman who came out was just fine and friendly. I have no complaints about them.

Not good. Three times we have called them for work and they do not show up or respond by phone.

Excellent experience. Their plumber (Jaimie) arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knew his trade. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the job site prior to leaving.

I have dealt with this company, regularly for a number of years and, although they are expensive and not always the most friendly, I am not the sort that changes easily and have continued my relationship with them as their service, while not exceptional, was satisfactory. On or about June 24 '09, soon after they had repaired a leeking valve, I scheduled my annual maintenance call for my air conditioner with the abovementioned company. They stated that they could perform the service on the first week of July. On June 24 09, I became concerned that my old air conditioner could be braking down as the unit was becoming extremely, unusually noisy; I was in a quandary whether or not to get a new unit and, therefore, called Pearson Plumbing Co. again. I was put through to the person in charge of air conditioners. She became irritated at my questionings with regard to the brand of air conditioner available; she sounded abrupt and accused me of being "contradictory"; "either I wanted a service call or an estimate for a new air conditioner" she said. By the way, it was one of Pearson Plumbers' technician who had told me the year before, at the annual maintenance service, that I might need a new air conditioner in the near future and I was therefore attuned to that fact. The simplest solution to this situation was to regard my maintenance call as a 'regular' call, send someone over and if they felt I needed a new unit, then one would be installed. However, her response was that I was asking too many questions about the unit available and she was extremely busy. The conversation was ended abrubptly. I called her again to clarify the conversation upon which she said that she had just spoken to her supervisor who had said that Pearson no longer wanted me as a customer. Upon asking her the reason, she replied that it was "proprietary information". In disbelief, I called the director, Gregg who not only did not apologize but confirmed the decision. When I asked the reason, he maintained that I had not been satisfied with their service lately. I replied that: "if that was so, why had I very recently scheduled a maintenace call, used their services for a leaking pipe a few days before and, now, called about a new air conditioner unit??" - Three services within a few days - He had no answer but stood firm on his decision. I then told him that his arrogance and rudeness have confirmed my decision never to seek their sercices again. I feel that I have a duty to expose this abominable behavior on Angies List, a website also designed for this purpose. If I had to rate their attitude to ESTABLISHED customers, it would be a resounding F- Yours truly, A shocked old customer.

Furnace was not turning on. Called Pearson that morning and they were out in an hour and completed the repair promptly.

This past January we woke up to a 55 degree house when it was below zero outside. After calling three companies (I wanted to compare prices), only one called back...Pearson Plumbing and Heating. We had used them previously to install a water heater. They called within an hour (I had called around 7:30). I was nervous about having someone install a furnace because previously we ran into a very unreputable heating contractor. They came out that morning, showed us the problem, and had a new furnace installed by 2PM. They removed the old furnace and cleaned up the area. We are very happy with our new furnace and this is our second experience with them. We would definitely contact them if we ran into an air conditioning problem also.
