Awful! Stormed off the job last day without a word, slamming my door. I'm a woman living alone. He was agressive and intimidating. Through text he threatened me with legal action. Sub par work! Did maybe half he was hired to do. Ton of plaster dust & drips, huge shop vac, ladder, and garbage can full of debris in my dining room. When it came time, couldn't do certain jobs he had said he could do. Nightmare scheduling. Wouldn't commit until the day before. Very limited availability. Literally begged him to create a schedule so I could plan around him. Had to take off work early each time to accomodate him eventhough someone could let him in early every day. 1 1/2 hour shopping trips + hour lunch on my front lawn. He visited with the guy doing the work while he watched. They talked for a half hour about the existence of a ladder. Tried to take out my only toilet because it was in his way. Thankful my boyfriend was there to stop him. Left a hole in my wall. One light left in the bathroom. Electrical wires sticking out of a hole. No medicine chest. He was upset I had to cancel the last time. Although it was none of his business, I told him it was due to a cancer treatment. Didn't care! Screamed at my dog because she barked. Said she had "little dog syndrome." These are the things he did when someone was here!!! He kept insisting he get keys to my house although I told him no. I didn't and would not trust him to be alone in my house. Completely unprofessional and rude to me in my own home. Was a great salesman though! Sounded competent. Quoted 3-4 days total. Kept extending it by 3-4 more days. I realize things happen and the intial time frame is an estimate, but had he treated the time like a job, it would've been done. He kept $1,031.500 as deposit. Pictures are included but don't document the mess he left behind.
