Description of Work: 5 Lawn treatments through the year, plus aireation, and Birch bore treatment

Description of Work: Fertilization of my grass.

Description of Work: I began using Naturescape at the recommendation of a family member several years ago for lawn treatment services. They were recommended highly on price and in fact their prices were very good. However my family member also told me they had been growing as a company in recent years and service seemed to be slipping. I used Naturescape for a few years. I always prepaid for the entire year. From the first year, the service was not stellar. Part of the lawn treatment plan was to apply pre emergent weed treatment. The first year, they were behind on their own schedule of when to apply. Because the first application was late, so were all the others. I called to complain and was told I "wasn't their only customer". I called at the end of the season and asked to speak to a manager to relay my concerns about the late application and the attitude of the naturescape rep on the phone. A message was taken and I never received a call back.The next year, I called early in the season and kept calling until they committed to apply the pre emergent earlier. However, it was in my records that I wanted a call prior to them coming out for service and this was spotty at best. I have dogs and need to make sure there are no toys or bowls or even dogs out when they come. At the end of that season I called and asked for a manager who was unavailable. A message was taken and I never received a call back. Third year I also had to start calling as the pre emergent window began closing and my requested call before service became even more spotty. Finally late in the season, after calling to ask when one of my treatments was going to be done, they came out with no call and frankly I think the guy treated the lawn out front but there were none of the fertilizer/weed killer little white b b's of product in my back lawn. I don't think the service man did the whole yard. Again, for the third time, I called and asked to speak to a manager. He was unavailable and I left my third message. I did not receive a call back and we did not sign up for service the following season. Again, the price was more than competitive with other lawn services in the area but if you are going to give inconsistent service and seemingly never reach out to unhappy customers to make thing right, then price ceases to matter.

Description of Work: I used Naturescape for lawn and yard work last year. Thy fertilized the yard, trimmed the trees, and aerated the yard. It was just the basic lawn care. They come out six times. We have been with them from two years.

Description of Work: Fertilized my 10,000 square foot lawn.

Description of Work: They were to do 5 applications on the lawn for the season.

Description of Work: We use the services of Naturescape for our lawn and yard work. Their last visit to our house was about a couple of weeks ago.
