Midwest Gutters & Siding

I called 2 weeks ago. left msg. called 5 days later due to no response. left msg. someone called me back and schedule Will to come today at 5:15. Get a call today from Will, who is unable to keep appointment time but offers to go out at 3. I'm at work and unavailable on short notice but he says he would go and address exterior and call me back. According to my tenant, he never showed up. Never got a call back. Frustrated with this company!

They were put in quickly--they look terrific and have kept water out of our basement.

They sent out rep who gave a quote. I told them to go ahead and do the job. He quoted 2 to 4 weeks to perform job. Never heard back so after 6 weeks I called office. They said rep was no longer with them and they had no paper work for my job. Said I could send a copy if I had it and they would schedule work. That was enough for me I never got back to them.

Midwest installed vinyl siding, stone, gutters, fascia, wrapped windows and door trim and installed 2 new windows in my home. From my first meeting with Greg until the completion of the project, I knew this was a company I could trust. Their pricing is fair and competitive and the installation team did an amazing job. The finished product is beautiful and I love the look of my "new" home. Thank you Midwest!!

My initial contact with the company over the phone was pleasant. The office staff are friendly & professional on the phone. Initially there were some scheduling issues, but Ryan went out of his way to correct the issue. I was blown away by his professionalism and thoroughness. He came out on a Saturday and had his crew at my house the next morning! The gutters were repaired in less than 24hrs from the time he gave me the estimate. It is truly nice to know there are companies out there that still care about all of their customers, even the small jobs. Even with the minor hiccup in the beginning I would still strongly recommend this company to others & would hire them again in the future.

I called and left a message after making several attempts over a course of a few days. They never returned my call to even set up an appointment to look at my house for all new siding.

My initial contacts with the company went without reply. I left a seething message and finally got a response. One of their salesmen called and apologized for their lack of communication in the past and scheduled someone to come out as soon as it was convenient for me. While my roofers recommended this company as the lowest in town it did not turn out that way. They were middle of the road at best.

We had an original contractor that never showed for the job. We called Midwest and they were here right away. They were here everyday, even in the coldest weather. They did a beautiful job.
