 + -1 moreIt didn't, salesman was condescending and that is something I will not tolerate. When I asked a question about the Blanco sink he just stated to call the manufacturer and walked away. I then walked out of the store and will never go back.

Description of Work: They thought they were better than what they were. Had to redo alot of the tiles. Grout stuck out to far. Tile c*** in. I think he tried to go to fast.

They were very responsive and they were there on the date that they said they were going to do and at the time they were going to do.

The installer arrived about a hour later to start the install. Just beautiful stonework as we ordered...very happy with Lonnie's Stone crafters

Description of Work: We checked pricing, individual company processes and stone selections with three companies. We chose Lonnie's, and decided to have them install our countertops. Their stone selection was wonderful. If you can't find a stone slab there, you aren't going to find one. They also had a great selection of sinks and faucets. There was no need to go anywhere else., One Stop Shopping! Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous...great group of people! On the day of installation, within three hours, our old countertops, sink and faucet were gone, and our beautiful new countertops, sink and new faucet were installed. We also used their plumber, which was a very good decision on our part. He arrived first, and removed the old tops preparing the kitchen for the installers. The plumber and Lonnie's installers worked so well together. Everyone of these people know their job, and it just lets you know you have made the right selection of granite companies. We couldn't be happier! Our decision to have a tiled backsplash meant again we had to make a selection of where to buy, and who we would get to install. Easy choice! Lonnie's Carpet Max was our choice. Again, Lonnie's people came through, without stress! What a beautiful kitchen we have...Thanks Lonnie and Rick George, you know your business!

 + -1 moreThey have a great selection. They are easy to work with. If you want to purchase your sink, faucet and those types of things through them, they have those also. But you don't have to, you can go someplace else if you choose. They will do the whole job, they will do part of the job, it depends on what you want them to do. Their price was very good. We checked several different places and we're very, very happy with their work and quality.

 + -1 moreWe originally had went in and looked at granite slabs and also took along our kitchen layout with us so that they could give us a price then. We found a piece of granite that we really liked and got the price for that installed. A few days later they came out and measured everything. Mike took his time measuring and rechecking everything. Then we went in to see how the granite would look in our kitchen and that was fun trying different pieces in different places. We decided on that and then two weeks later they showed up exactly as promised and Aaron and Frank introduced themselves and were so pleasant and professional through the whole job.The granite fit perfectly and looked so nice when they were through. They also had cut pieces of granite and quartz for our upstairs bathrooms and my husband had installed them. All of our dealings with them have been very pleasant and would highly recommend Lonnie's Stonecrafters to anyone.

Description of Work: Lonnie's just installed black pearl granite in our outdoor kitchen. Wen we first started getting quotes, they were able to provide one within days of us giving them our measurements. The turnaround from when they came out to measure to installation was approximately one week. Since this was an outdoor project, and installation was dependent on outdoor temperature, they are coming back in the spring to finish the seams. They did a beautiful professional job. The service has been top notch. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Lonnies removed our old counter top and replaced it with a Granite one. As part of the service we paid them for a plumber to remove the old sink and replace it with a new under mount that we had purchased at Ferguson's Plumbing Supply. Everything went great! A neighbor suggested that if we were going to put a back splash in that we it would be a waste of money to have the 4 inch back splash that comes standard installed. We saved $400
