Kraig Jensen

Kraig was very nice. He brought out samples and took my new sinks to have them for accuracy. He did a great job and took
replaced material and debris with him. He came out and set the shower granite late one evening so it wouldn't hold up the
shower door replacement.

He was very nice but he did charge me more then what the job was worth. I also had to have a family member correct the work he did. Within 2 weeks the boxes were falling off of my house under the weigh of the dirt and plants.

Everything was positive with him. The guy really knew what was going on. The only bad thing that happened, was that he cut the pipe that was part of the dishwasher. He didn't know, and it wasn't his fault necessarily, because the pipe was in an unusual place in the front, and he wouldn't have seen it, because it would have been in the back, and he had to run down the shut the water off. He didn't destroy it permanently, however he was very professional, and he was very remorseful it happened, and it didn't cost us extra. He finished the job, and it was okay. If it was another person, he may not have been as professional. We used him for 2 different projects for flooring.

I had a bare shelf/window ledge above my kitchen sink which was originally covered by the old countertop material. I wasn't sure what to do with the bare window ledge. Mr. Jensen had saved the remnants from my granite slab (that he used for my new countertops.) He came up with the idea to use my remnant piece for the shelf above my sink. He measured the space and a week later, brought out the piece and installed it. It fit perfectly into the window ledge and matched up nicely with the flow of my existing countertop. It looks great!
