 + 1 moreKraig was very nice. He brought out samples and took my new sinks to have them for accuracy. He did a great job and took replaced material and debris with him. He came out and set the shower granite late one evening so it wouldn't hold up the shower door replacement.
Description of Work: Installed new granite vanity w/ two under mount sinks and shower accents.

 + -1 moreHe was very nice but he did charge me more then what the job was worth. I also had to have a family member correct the work he did. Within 2 weeks the boxes were falling off of my house under the weigh of the dirt and plants.
Description of Work: I had him come out and hang two window boxes. Actual work date not provided

 + -1 moreEverything was positive with him. The guy really knew what was going on. The only bad thing that happened, was that he cut the pipe that was part of the dishwasher. He didn't know, and it wasn't his fault necessarily, because the pipe was in an unusual place in the front, and he wouldn't have seen it, because it would have been in the back, and he had to run down the shut the water off. He didn't destroy it permanently, however he was very professional, and he was very remorseful it happened, and it didn't cost us extra. He finished the job, and it was okay. If it was another person, he may not have been as professional. We used him for 2 different projects for flooring.
Description of Work: I used Kraig Jensen. He put in a hard wood floor.

 + 1 moreI had a bare shelf/window ledge above my kitchen sink which was originally covered by the old countertop material. I wasn't sure what to do with the bare window ledge. Mr. Jensen had saved the remnants from my granite slab (that he used for my new countertops.) He came up with the idea to use my remnant piece for the shelf above my sink. He measured the space and a week later, brought out the piece and installed it. It fit perfectly into the window ledge and matched up nicely with the flow of my existing countertop. It looks great!

Description of Work: I do appoligize for not remembering the date and cost, we are very happy with the job he did on the countertop it was in bad shape for installing the top, the house is 13 years old and at that time we did not have Angies list to help us. we really like his work and he is good at his job. We intend to call him for our next job and he knows all about it. You see we are not young anymore and some things are very difficult, in fact more than we like to admit. I tried to access angies list just this morning about dentists, but I was unable to bring it up so if you could tell me how to do reach the websight we would be most grateful. thank you so very much. Ray & Patti Chabot

Description of Work: Mr. Jensen installed granite countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. He directed me to the warehouse where they had an extremely large selection and I was able to browse the hundreds of slabs and pick out my own perfect slab. Due to the unique flow of my granite, I was concerned that the flows wouldn't match up. He did a perfect job with the placement and the seams are unnoticeable. He was also reasonably priced, very conscientious, extremely patient, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend him for any home renovation project.
