Lisa Ellis with Keller Williams Realty Signature has been looking for a house for me day and night. She's AMAZING! Every day I get listings from her. I know in a matter of time I'll be in my new home thanks to Lisa's team!

Greg Maurer-----This is the realtor we all hope to hire!!!! Greg from Keller Williams Signature helped us find a home for our daughter 3 years ago and a home for us this year. Our daughter wanted to purchase a home for her family and she asked for our help in locating one (in other words she need help with the out of pocket expenses). She had met Greg during an open house viewing and wanted to use him as her realtor. Greg was the right choice for us as our daughter seemed unable to focus on the type of home she wanted and on the type of home she could afford. Greg worked with us to narrow down her price range and the difference between wants and needs. This venture turned out to be quite frustrating for us as her parents and I'm sure for Greg but he never indicated that he was tired of showing multitudes of homes to her and her indecision on the ones that would work for her. He just kept plugging away. After about 6 months of hair pulling (on our part), Greg helped us negotiate a wonderful deal on her home. Now with all of our children out of the house, we decided that we needed a smaller, efficient home for the two of us. Obviously we called Greg and gave him our criteria. This was in the fall of 2012. Seems we are as hard to please as our daughter though! We finally found a home that we loved in November 2012 and made an offer. The day after our offer was made we were informed that daughter #2 was quite ill and would need to move in with us. Fortunately the home we wanted had multiple offers and it was easy to back out of the offer. More importantly, Greg didn't bat an eye with our new requirements even though they were almost the opposite of our original needs. He had to start from scratch. Now after refining, and more refining Greg has found us the perfect home! Two distinct living areas, maintaining our daughter's independence but close enough that a simple "I need you" can be heard. Our home had many defects revealed during the home inspection and Greg made sure that they were all taken care of before we signed on the dotted line. Most realtors would have walked away from us with all of the drama and the out of reach dreams but not Greg. We now count him as a friend when we recommend him to others going through the "dream house" search. Thanks Greg!!!
