Iverson Painting

Poorly! The painters showed up worked for a couple of hours and left, telling me they didn't have the right equipment and wold be back the next day. They never showed up. When I called I was told they wouldn't do the job because they believed there was lead in the old paint. Why didn't they test the paint chips before they accepted the job? I would not recommend Iverson to any one. It took another two months to get the job done, because everyone was scheduled through the summer.

Terrible! I received an estimate from Paul Iverson earlier in the year. We agreed they would not begin the painting until June,. I called three times in the first week of June to let them know I was available to have them do the project. I left my name and number each time with no response from anyone in their company. Finally on the fourth call I was able to talk to someone and was inform they were 7 weeks behind, due to the rain. I understood that, but not the courtesy of a returned phone call. Finally,in July I did receive a call saying they would be here Monday and it would take two days to complete the job. On Monday the men arrived worked for about 1 and 1/2 hours took a break at 9:30. Went back to work at 9:45 and at 10:15 came to the door and told me they didn't have the correct equipment to do the job. I was told they would be back the next day and would work Tues and Wed to complete the job. Tues morning they did not arrive at 8 am finally at 8:30 am, I called was put on hold. Paul Iverson came to the phone and told me they were not coming back because they two men believed there might be lead in the paint they had to scrape off the trim before painting. They didn't test the paint at the estimation or at the time the work was supposed to be done. Not even a phone call, I had to call them. When I stated the man at my house said they would be back on Tues I was told he never said that, basically calling me a lair. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this paint company to anyone, after this experience.

Both were done beautifully and professionally. I have recommended them to many persons in my circle of contacts as well as now use them in my work place. They are top notch!

They left it spotless. It took them 2 days. They did an excellent job.

Paul was amazing. from the start he listened to all our questions and did not talk over us nor did he try to force his own ideas on to us. he listened and offered advice and discussed with us his professional opinions. as a result the areas are beautifully done. the painting crew arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They were on time and cleaned up each day. At the end they left my home spotless and vacuumed and swept. They made sure I knew what the goals were for the day and what was to come. Had a walk thru with Paul. Paul was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls and made sure we understood everything as we also needed a lot of repair work previous to painting. the repair work was very well done . all in all the whole experience was very relaxing and will call them again for future work.

Iverson's crew did a great job. They were very professional and highly skilled. Each morning (it took about 4 days) the crew was on time and really well organized. They took the cabinet doors back to their shop on the first day and returned and rehung them on the last day. We were really impressed with how they turned out. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. Paul was very helpful when he came and gave the estimate, he even helped by recommending some colors. Communication was very good throughout the process and when their schedule opened up they were actually able to come in and get the job done a week early.

It went very well. They worked with me on my schedule.. They were here when they said they would be and finished ahead of time.

Paul Iverson responded quickly to our request for a quote to paint our family room ceiling. Last winter we had an ice dam on our roof which resulted in damage to our family room ceiling. After having the damage repaired and plastered, we need the ceiling painted. I began by painting the soffit myself, but could see that we needed a professional because our ceiling was very textured and messy to paint. The quote was given and a date was scheduled. The day before our scheduled appointment, we received a call that the painters would need to finish another job and would arrive two hours late. We appreciated the excellent communication. The two painters arrived on time, covered the paneled walls and carpeting, and gave the ceiling two coats of paint. They cleaned up everything before they left. This is a very professional painting service. I would highly recommend Iverson Painting.

We had another painter hired to stain and paint our new front door. That painter started the staining, messed it up then would not call us back. I called Iverson Painting. Paul came out and told us how he could fix it! He showed up on time and when he said he would. Paul fixed the MESS and it looks great! I Love my front door! I can't say enough about Paul Iverson and the job he did!!! Iverson Painting is the only painter we will use from now on!!!

They last came out 3 years ago. They were excellent painters, they tape everything, and lay down the cloth. They clean up, they are punctual, they come out on time, and they are just great painters.

They are professional and do their job very well. They have always been helpful in picking colors and giving recommendations. They clean up after themselves and it's a great experience every time that we use them.

Painted door frames and woodwork at laundry and pantry areas. Removed 4 sets of louvered doors, took to shop to spray paint, returned the next day and installed said doors.

The crew was on time, ready to work and did an excellent job. They worked well together and were pleasant and well organized. Actual paint time was about 12 hours total. masking off window trim, etc. and removal & cleanup approximately four hours total. Paint application was roller and brush. Paul Iverson made on on-site review upon completion. The project was well executed, professional and we were satisfied with the results.
