Excellent. Bob was very reliable, skilled, and attentive to detail and a very pleasant man. I selected and purchased the floor tile, vanity, sink, light fixture, and bathroom fixtures and he installed everything flawlessly. He even disposed of the old stuff. He bought the paint and painted the walls and ceiling. I was very happy with the outcome.

We were very happy with the work, it was of high quality. They were very friendly, we really enjoy his work and looking forward to doing more work with them.

Building this Custom Fireplace went amazingly well! Bob and Christine worked with me to design and build a gas insert fireplace in my house. I had a lot of ideas of how I wanted this project to look, but they really helped me get that "vision" in my head transformed into a plan and eventually constructed to exactly what I was hoping for! They did a really good job of helping me understand what the job would cost, and how some of my customizations would add/subtract from that cost. All along the way Bob had a "can do" attitude about trying my crazy ideas to make it the way I wanted it. But she also made sure that I understood how those customizations would change the cost. That was really helpful in making informed decisions for my project to make sure I didn't go over my budget. In the end, I got a well-designed fireplace, TV mount, and cabinets that fit the exact design aesthetic I was going for. AND I still got all the functionality of the cable management and technology integration I was planning. I couldn't have been happier!

This was our first time hiring a contractor to do any extensive work and it went very well. We needed to gut and remodel the kitchen and bath in a rental home. Bob was professional, helpful and very easy to work with. As this is a rental home we were not there and we are very grateful that Bob did his work without having to be hounded. Bob The Builder has been a blessing for us. His technical proficiency in going from 'total gut' to 'wow remodel' has been amazing. In addition to having years of experience remodeling, he has two MAJOR qualities that are refreshing: excellent communications (written and verbal), and 'outside-the' box problem solving. Bob was very attentive in check listing my lengthy 'to do' projects list, and has a wonderful sense of humor in applying his MacGyver skill sets for some of the challenges he encountered in this condo remodel. I point out that these projects were expected to have additional costs as issues were encountered (like complete replacement of bathroom flooring underlayment, and expense of trash disposal), were budgeted accordingly, and every time Bob was able to handle them while being mindful of economics. I was grateful that at certain points in these stages of remodeling, Bob diplomatically came up with suggestions (like installing flat floor registers instead of bulky space-taking triangular registers) and helped stimulate my thoughts and budget for alternative approaches. I felt Bob valued me when he would also call me to inquire as to my timetables and how that would fit in with other clients he was taking on--gee, do you know how many contractors I've dealt with over the years that promise one thing, get my money, and seem to disappear for long periods of time without a word?! Bob is also a hero to me as he picked up an electrical issue that I am now more economically taking care of by installing gas lines and a gas range. Bob is well worth his professional fees, and is a rare contractor who provided detailed invoices. He thrives on being a one-man get-it-done with pride, quality and definitely integrity. Thanks to Bob for projects well done!

There's a few things that I wasn't happy with but it wasn't major it was just wire things. I called them up and never got an answer back.

I had a tight schedule and they did it, the quality of work was excellent, and working with them was very easy and very good.

Bob was great! He spent time to figure out the problem in the first visit. Was very professional & friendly. He came back to do the work & discovered the whole shower floor would need to be replaced. The work was done right, timely & he cleaned up after himself each time he left for the day. That was awesome, thank you! We have 2 little kids that get into everything. I would hire again and recommend to anyone.

It all went very well. Bob gave us a good estimate in a timely manner. We had him do our job in June 2016, and it was completed on time. We are very happy with how it turned out. Our laundry room is now a very positive addition to our home. They did a good and careful job, and cleaned up very well during construction and when the job was done. I feel that Bob is an honest and trustworthy person, and would certainly use him again for any future work I need done.

Bob and his wife Christine, are great caring people who love helping others. Bob is an outstanding handyman. I say that because he is very good at so many things. But he is a professional. If he doesn't know to do something well, he will tell you that you should get someone else. His ideas are very practical. Christine is the creative one. Great eye for detail and decor. Both of them worked on our house while we were away. They are very honest people and I trust them totally. They are people of integrity and honesty. Our kitchen is absolutely lovely, and the bathrooms as well. When we got home they left flowers on the counter top. What a nice surprise when we got home. They went up and above what was expected. They let us buy what we needed to buy and they bought the rest. They will help you save money and show you savings along the way. I will use them again.

This husband and wife team are so professional. They provided suggestions about things I hadn't considered, and kept in communication throughout the project. The project is just coming to an end, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Bob and his team did an excellent job on remodeling our basement and providing an office with 2 bonus rooms in a wide open space that before hand wasnt being used. Bob walked us through the whole process and was always on time and finished our project ahead of time and under our original quote. We would definitely call Integrity Building and remodeling for any future projects we have around our home.

Not knowing where to start was intimidating. They walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. They helped with everything. We went together to the major home improvement stores and looked at options for the bathroom. They showed us options that would work for our needs and style we were looking for. They went to the stores to buy the items necessary so we didn't have to worry about what to get and how to get it home. We were away from home for part of the time and we were able to feel comfortable about the work they were doing while we were gone. We are looking forward to having them do more work in our home.

First, I don't think your rating system could possibly go HIGH enough to properly give this gentleman a positive enough review. Bob and Christine came into my home, helped clean and organize the basement, actually took the items to the donation place. The work he does is pristine, there is NO mess left behind. He is always on time and just KNOWS how to fix things. I was completely comfortable with knowing the job was being done correctly. His wife, Christine, is a great organizer and they made cleaning the basement so very simple and painless. I think, on top of being an awesome handyman is the basic fact that these are great people. I cannot state it more simply than that. I am planning to move out of the area to warmer climes, and my ONLY regret is that I cannot take Bob and Christine with me. So people, RUN, don't walk to your phones to call this company. You will be so happy you did.
