8 years management of my 12 unit Apt building. Reliable and honest. Does what he says he will when he says he'll do it. Really a Jack of all trades. Just repaired a dishwasher and an electrical issue. he saves me calling multiple tradesman and the tenants love him

Howard did an amazing job installing a bathroom exhaust fan in a very difficult location. We have an old duplex that was built in the 1920s and he went above and beyond to get it installed. It looks like it has always been there. Honestly I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable and skilled in so many areas. If you need a project done, no matter how difficult, Howard will get it done. I highly recommend HW Home Repair!
