THEY DELIVERED THE WASHER AND DRYER THE NEXT DAY. THEY PUT THE OLD ONES IN THE GARAGE MY SON TOOK THEM FOR THEIR HOUSE. THEY STILL WORKED GOOD FOR THEM.

Because our floor is raised about 1/4 inch due to a hardwood floor, the range does not fit flush to the counter surface. I wish I would have been told that the legs only adjust up from the standard floor height, not down. Installation was a nightmare, some of my new "induction" cookware does not work properly on the largest element, and when water boils it steams up the entire area under the microwave and counter. Had I been aware of these things prior to purchase, I would have made a different decision. I was offered a GE gas range instead, but would have had to give up the warming drawer. Guler sales person did provide service and possible solutions, but my initial dealing with the service department was not up to the standard that Guler normally aspires to. Hence, the "C" under professionalism. In the future, I will skip contacting the service department directly and deal only with the salesperson.

I can see why Guler appliance co. has been in business for 75 years. This company is very personable and accommodating. The professionalism is tops.

My experience with Guler's was absolutely amazing! I shopped around and got quotes from Home Depot, Lowe's and Sear's in addition to Guler's and the prices were comparable. I opted to go with Guler's in the hopes that I would be getting a more personalized experience and, wow, I got more than I expected! My salesman wasn't in the day I went back to actually place the order and Mr. Guler introduced himself and helped me complete my order. He told me when they would call me for delivery and everything went as scheduled. And...the two fellas who delivered my appliances were total professionals and it was obvious from the get-go they knew just what they were doing. It wasn't easy as they had to take the doors of the fridge to get it thru the doors and my stove didn't fit in the allocated spot, but these two guys worked together so effortlessly to make it all come together and they were so incredibly friendly. While we never did get the stove to fit in the space, they gave me my options and I elected to still have them take away the old stove and hook up the new one. They had the number of a handyman/carpenter who they were confident could help me make this work and even called him and explained everything and gave the carpenter my number to call me back. While I didn't wind up needing to use the carpenter (my brother-in-law and son took care of it), the carpenter called me back as he promised and when I told him the job had already been done by my brother-in-law, he was so nice and professional, too, and said he was glad that it worked out for me!! I will never go anywhere else to get another appliance!! Thank you, Guler's!! Oh...and my appliances look soooooooooo nice and work beautifully!

The service call was a very satisfying experience for us because of their professionalism.

over two weeks to get the appliance running again. They won't order parts 'over-night'.

I like everything about Guler's. Everything was on time, done right, and I can't say enough good things. They even offered to make exceptions if we changed our measurements and needed new machines. One had a dent and they switched it out no questions asked.

Our friends referred us. We talked to Mr. Guler when we went in and he was very knowledgeable. He showed us some different brands. We also looked at several other places. They also took the old dishwasher away. We were very satisfied with his service and knowledge. The price was a little higher but they also offer to service the unit. The young man that installed it couldn't get it to run. I had to call an electrician in to see why it was not running. There are circuit breaker buttons that popped out on the outlet. The installation kid should have noticed that.
