Description of Work: Austin was great to work with. Most of our correspondence was through email since I work out of the country. He was quick to answer when I called and gave detailed descriptions of the job his crew would perform. At first, I only needed an inspection and quote for attic insulation removal, sanitizing, sealing and install, but Austin found that the basement could use some sealing as well. This attention to detail is what prompted me to go with Austin and Greenlink. I had another company come out for inspection and quote and the gentleman never mentioned the basement. Although the quote from Greenlink was much higher than the other company, I was happy with the information from Greenlink and a little bit of negotiation was all that was needed to set an appointment. The job took two days to complete. Both days, the crew showed up a little early which is great indicator of a good company and crew. First day was the old blown-in fiberglass insulation removal, sanitation and primer of the attic. Second day was sealing both the attic and basement, installing roof vents, and rerouting bathroom fans, and installing the new blown-in cellulose insulation. The crew cleaned everything up both days before leaving the house. Once the job was completed, Austin came out to inspect things. Everything seemed to be in good order. He did notice something minor his crew did not do that he would have done, so he said he'd have that taken care of at my earliest convenience. I'm a believer in getting what you pay for and Austin and Greenlink are top rate! I definitely recommend them for anyone's next insulation upgrade. They also do more than that, and if the project fits, Greenlink will be getting another call from me. Thank you Austin and Greenlink crew!
