Geek Squad - Best Buy

This will be the fourth repair that we will have on our refrigerator I set up the appointment last week did the confirmation then two days later the appointment was canceled said that they were waiting on repairs even though there was no repairs to be made it was a diagnostic because this repair should qualify for the no lemon Exchange so I reschedule the appointment for today 11/4 and nobody showed up despite my calling Best Buy three times during the day to try to get an update and they just told me the same thing that they would be out between 8 and 5 and would call me when half an hour before they came out. Well they did not I took the day off of work to sit and wait and nobody showed up that's why I didn't even have the respect for my time to call me and say they weren't going to call me and when I called the 1 800 numbers in complain after they didn't come by there at 5 so this was yet another call into Best Buy zero empathy shown to me from the representative so I'm going to be on the 3rd appointment a refrigerator that's not been working for over a week and hours of my time wasted I want this fixed and actually I want the refrigerator replaced. Not only do I want the refrigerator replaced but I also want Best Buy gift cards in the amount of money I am now out due to not only missing work but sitting and waiting on the phone. My next step will be getting legal counsel.

Patrick C. Wright and his partner were careful, efficient, and professional. All aspects of the Sony 55" TV, the Sony DVD player, and the ROKU 4 were clearly explained as well as demonstrated to us. They made sure that everything worked properly. As they did the TV set-up and the ROKU 4 set-up, they clearly explained and demonstrated their features. They wanted to be sure that we understood the operation of all installed equipment. Without reservation, we recommend that team from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Their professional demeanor was reassuring since we were not familiar with some aspects of our new Sony TV.

Patrick was great, he came out and calibrated my new 4K tv. He took the time to go over what he did and showed the difference. Very impressed with his work!

The Samsung people that were at Best Buy were very helpful and explained all my questions

It will be delivered next week. They take care of everything that they advertise, just a little slow for delivery and installation.

The TV price covers Geek Squad technicians TV set up. We were very pleased seriously. The people at Best Buy in the TV department I don't know the guys name but he was very skilled and informative and then the two guys that came out from the Geek Squad provided a lot of information and they set it up and answered any of our questions. They were very professional. They were fine. They were neat in their job and they cleaned up.

BEST BUY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FIXED THE COMPUTER AND NOW IT WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY FAST, FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING WITH THE COMPUTER.
